All my carers are considerate, helpful, and polite and treat me with respect and dignity. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

It has been such a comfort when I am at work to know that my mum is being cared for by the employees of Joghide Home Care. They are patient and thorough all while ensuring my mum is safe and cared for. Always having my mum's best interest at heart. Great team.

Since coming to assist with care all carers treated the client with compassion and empathy, and management was all on call to assist. I would highly recommend and all the efforts were amazing.

My auntie had a private live-in carer. And Joghide's care staff worked alongside her to care for my aunt at home for the last few months of her life, my aunt looked forward to the staff coming and they were flexible to the needs of both my aunt and the live-in carer. As a family, we live a four-hour drive away. We had regular updates via a WhatsApp group chat. The manager was there for us either by email, text message or phone call.

I found the carers very friendly and efficient. They are punctual and reliable, they care for me very well.

I have been very grateful for the help since the carers have come in to help with my mother's end of life care. They have been kind and very professional. They have been helping with day to day care. Management have listened to everything we needed and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company.

The company are going ahead and willing to do as you ask. The standard of care is brilliant and the carer is kind, understanding and willing to do as you ask of her. She is gentle and kind and good company. She would cheer up anyone!

My nan was receiving end-of-life care from Joghide Home Care. I have found that the staff and office staff are very helpful, and they couldn't do any more to help us through this difficult time. They maintained my nan's dignity throughout the time they were looking after her. My nan really enjoyed you all coming. My nan sadly passed away and the care and support we received was truly amazing. Such an amazing and friendly team.

The girls that came in were so amazing too, very kind and made mum feel safe which was lovely. They took a lot of pressure off of us as a family.

The manager was extremely helpful and polite and put all at ease going above and beyond to help put all in place to help our mother. The staff showed some of the best empathy and kindness, explaining every bit of Mother's care which I could hear from another room adhering to the support plan by their management. I would highly recommend this organisation and thank them all for the kind care. From a person who worked in care for over 22 years, I would personally say a big thank you and anyone who uses the service of this care company will not be disappointed.

I want to thank Joghide so much for the care for my mum in the last days of my mum's life. She was palliative care and we knew time was limited when her mobility went. The staff were fantastic, they cared for my mum with respect and dignity and we even had a few laughs in such sad times. Mum really liked you all. I think she enjoyed those "cuddles" when she had to be rolled...After mum passed (a fantastic young carer an absolute delight) and another carer who was new, washed my mum and brushed her hair and sorted her out so she was decent to be sent on her way out of this world. Mum is having a pure cremation she led a simple life and wanted no fuss as she left this world. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart you were brilliant. I can't recommend this company enough. Keep up the good work. And thank you for the sympathy card I got it today. I hope you and your loved ones have a lovely Christmas. Take care.

I have found all of Joghide's carers to be friendly, kind and helpful. They always ask if there is anything else they can do. I have a cat who was very scared of strangers, but with the carers, we devised a plan that before they leave, they give her a few "treats" from her treat box. Now she actually sits and waits for them to arrive and doesn't hide in the cupboard like she used to do with strangers! I would recommend Joghide to anyone needing extra help or care (and so would the cat!).

The care that was given by the team at Joghide was second to none. They were always helpful, always at the end of the phone if you needed any help and the WhatsApp group was a great idea. The carer that came to see to my late father was very professional and always did the job to the best of her ability and always followed our instructions to the letter. You should be proud of the service and the people you employ.
