Shocking service from some staff in the form of care. Staff hardly communicated with the service user at times. Food inadequate, cant cook simple meals. Even after service user passed away a what's app message giving condolences and when collecting care notes (which were in my car for 2 months)...
Shocking service from some staff in the form of care. Staff hardly communicated with the service user at times. Food inadequate, cant cook simple meals. Even after service user passed away a what's app message giving condolences and when collecting care notes (which were in my car for 2 months) just a thanks no sorry for your loss . Could of had someone at funeral to represent company as over 8 years service of care. Had a meeting and it was suggested by care provider if not happy to find another provider. Stay away from this company they dont know the true value and meaning of care...... very disappointed.
