Fantastic service by carers. Carers are very friendly. Very grateful for choosing Royal Care as a care company. Always very helpful and pleasant. The carers make my life a lot more easier. Should continue to do the brilliant work that they do in supportive my husband and me.

The carer service is excellent. The care is exceptional. My wife is treated with alot of care and respect. The communication is fantastic. The carers are very friendly and polite. Every day is great. My wife and me are really satisfied with the brilliant service.

Carers have been friendly and reassuring. Always willing to help with anything we cannot manage to do ourselves.
They arrive as per the schedule we are sent weekly. One thing that we suggest is that maybe the carers photograph could be added to the schedule.

The assistance we received from the manager when we initially called was excellent and really helped us out of a challenging situation in setting up care for my Uncle. The manager went out of her way to help us and we received instant support that very day. We eventually only had carers going in for
a very short period and had it had a chance to bed-in I am sure the review would be equally good.

All the carers were very gentle and kind to my dad and sensitive to his needs. It was always possible to get in touch with someone if there were questions or things that needed sorting out, and they went above and beyond to get things to work. It was such a hard time and so good to feel we weren't going
through it alone.

Very pleased with the service. All the girls are friendly and compassionate. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are very efficient and are dedicated to caring for my husband. I love the fact that you don't get lots of different people coming and going, you get a regular flow of carers that you
