In the last month or so of her life, my wife was visited twice per day by a pair of caregivers from Royal Care. The pairs often changed but never the level of care, which was always 100% and often more, the individuals going above and beyond the call of duty. I got to know all of them and looked forward to seeing them, and even now, 6 weeks after my wife's death, I can still remember their names. Only this review site's requirement for confidentiality prevents me from writing out these names in homage. Thank you, dears.

The carers are very friendly and polite, but sometimes there is a language barrier. Considering the patient is elderly and hard of hearing. But they are patient and try and be as clear as possible.

We have found the team to be very professional, prompt, and courteous. Any complaints were swiftly dealt with.

All your staff enter my home with a warm greeting and a smile. Before they leave they ask if there is anything else they can do. They are kind, courteous and respectful and do their job with professionalism.

They arrive as per the schedule we are sent weekly. One thing that we suggest is that maybe the carers photograph could be added to the schedule.

The assistance we received from the manager when we initially called was excellent and really helped us out of a challenging situation in setting up care for my Uncle. The manager went out of her way to help us and we received instant support that very day. We eventually only had carers going in for a very short period and had it had a chance to bed-in I am sure the review would be equally good.

It has been a difficult few months for both myself and my mum, without them I would not have coped. Thank you all so much.

All the carers were very gentle and kind to my dad and sensitive to his needs. It was always possible to get in touch with someone if there were questions or things that needed sorting out, and they went above and beyond to get things to work. It was such a hard time and so good to feel we weren't going through it alone.

The care team has done an excellent job caring and supporting my mother. I do not know how we would have coped without them. I know my mother looks forward to their visits and I would recommend their services.

All carers are very friendly, caring and knowledgeable, and efficient. They have been invaluable to me because I could not be able to manage my husband's care on my own.

All the ladies were extremely friendly and looked after mum with extreme dignity. Nothing was too much trouble. Amazing care and support at all times. Thank you for everything you did for us as a family as we couldn't of done it without you all.
