The carer of my son was very professional, he was kind but firm in making decisions. He showed great empathy towards my son. If given the chance that my son will need a carer again, I would like the same carer to take care of my son.
Punctual, reliable, friendly people working with the client are very caring and competent.
We have been extremely grateful to the manager and her staff. They are so helpful, good, professional and friendly. The client is always happy when she sees the manager and the carer. She is taken with great care. They are patient with the client. They take time to get to know the patient and remember her likes/dislikes. We are very happy with the service. It is personable.
It is a pleasure looking after this service user, they are always pleasant and appreciative.
Very professional and reliable. The staff communicate well with me and always ensure I feel comfortable and that my needs are met. I would recommend them as I have had nothing but positive experiences. Make me feel as an individual.
