Dreadful care provider. Badly managed with poor training. The girls that visited my mom had poor training, which led to my mom being given paracetamol like candy with no registering of dates or times given. An overdose could have very nearly have happened. On one occasion one of the carers was extremely rude and argumentative and walked out of the house leaving my mom laid out on her bed half-dressed. I had to report them to the CQC. A couple of the girls were trying to do their best but my advice to them is to find a company that had better leadership and organisation. All the carers were bussed over in one car as well so if the driver had a problem it means the whole care team were held up. A bored-looking driver sat outside the house leaving the engine running every time they came. I would not touch this care company with a barge pole!

We are very happy with the service provided but feel a full assessment and written plan would have been beneficial for the benefit of the client and carers, at the early stages.

The carers are very nice and polite, plus respectful.
