My father has urged me to praise the service provided at the highest level. He has just one half-hour visit, early morning, to help with breakfast and general tidying up. Totally satisfied with all carers who not only carry out the duties detailed in the care plan but also provide crucial human contact in a respectful and dignified manner. The initial visits and subsequent reviews, to ensure the correct level of service, were efficient and professional. My father has nothing negative to say regarding any aspect of his care.
