I highly and whole-heartedly recommend Care Driven Agency.
The manager and team of lovely carers looked after our Mum so well and with such kindness for over a year.

The manager and team of lovely carers looked after our Mum so well and with such kindness for over a year.
The support for Mum was wonderful.
No matter the time of day (and sometimes late into the evening), the manager was there to help ensure Mum was safe and to reassure or advise us as a family. Nothing was too much trouble; she always went over and above, often resolving a potential crisis when we couldn't be there.
Mum loved her carers. They were cheerful and friendly and made her feel loved too.
Communication with the family was excellent and always responsive. The reliability, thoughtfulness and attention to detail was a godsend to us, e.g. remembering medical appointments, prescriptions, shopping, etc.
There was always friendly understanding and support with our frequent requests for flexibility in arrangements too.

My Mum had carers from Care Driven Agency from October 2023 until March 2025 when Mums condition deteriorated and she has now moved into a Care Home.
I cannot thank the team enough. They are led by a wonderful Manager who has always kept me in the loop with Mums care. This is so important to me as I live overseas and has reassured me that Mum is being well cared for.
The staff are wonderful, Mum loved them all coming and quickly got to know them all. They are a wonderful team, who are respectful, kind and caring and nothing was too much trouble and who appear to all work well together.
