Very poor company and very rude staff they fell asleep on support and didn't give me my meds would not let anyone else go here manager doesn't know how to run a company bad everyone off them need safeguarding from this company.

Overall Experience
Our elderly aunt lives alone, several hours drive away from us. Sandra and her team of excellent carers go out of their way to look after her, nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for them. They communicate well with both my aunt and her wider family, listen to our concerns and help us to make sure everything possible is done to care for my aunt with respect and dignity. They are all super-stars!

Overall Experience
My Mum had carers from Care Driven Agency from October 2023 until March 2025 when Mums condition deteriorated and she has now moved into a Care Home.
I cannot thank the team enough. They are led by a wonderful Manager who has always kept me in the loop with Mums care. This is so important to me as I live overseas and has reassured me that Mum is being well cared for.
The staff are wonderful, Mum loved them all coming and quickly got to know them all. They are a wonderful team, who are respectful, kind and caring and nothing was too much trouble and who appear to all work well together.

Overall Experience
I have been with this company just over two months, as a small company I find it outstanding from the owner to the carers, could not get any better, they really do care about the clients. I would recommend to anyone.
