The carers are reliable, caring and kind. I would thoroughly recommend this company. It is never easy for an independent person to accept help from anyone, but my girl made accepting help much easier. Being top grade in every respect - totally professional, respectful, careful, gives attention to detail and very, very caring. They all do a superb job in sometimes very difficult circumstances, giving their very best to client care and comfort. I am very glad I found this company.

After minor illness leading to falls / episode of long lay due to confusion and the occasional admission with twice daily carers ( NOT NDH&SC related) it was either moving to a residential home or long term live in carers. After contacting NDH&SC to explore this option, live in care was sorted rapidly prior to discharge to enable my father to remain in his preferred accommodation - his own home. We are now 5 months in and he has been extremely well looked after. There has been no changing of carers, apart from the requisite time off, and even then it has been the same person filling that period. This has helped to avoid further confusion for an old man and allowed the carers to become fully familiar with the clients quirks. Thank you

The manager and her team are supportive, understanding and professional when it comes to caring for my father who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's last year. Whilst currently his care needs are minimal, I take comfort knowing this team are popping in every day and carry out the daily tasks he requires and ensuring he is safe. I can speak to any of the team, they listen and take action when advised. Thank you ladies, we appreciate your support.

The work being done here and my personal care is to high standards and I am so far good with it. They are meeting my needs in every way possible and I am grateful for all the help they are giving me. The worships in the morning have been great and the participation has been beyond perfect. Overall I am grateful for their involvement in my personal care and the work being done.

I'm really happy with all the lovely staff. Whoever comes to provide care is of a high standard, friendly and most importantly very caring. They always ask how I am and if they can do anything for me. They are all good company.

Exceptional care service providers though it was for a short period of time, the quality of care for my aunt and her partner was excellent. I found staff very kind, helpful and sensitive in their approach and I would also like to acknowledge the excellent manager who was always happy to discuss any aspects/queries promptly and professionally and was very accommodating when extra support was needed for my aunt quickly.

We have been using the carers for six months and are happy with the service. Mother-in-law enjoys the company. Fantastic manager who quickly resolves any queries we raise and is always happy to support when extra carer sessions are required.

When my mother needed home-based care to support her move from hospital, it was hard to know where to start looking. New Dawn was suggested as one of a handful of providers and have been really good. Very reliable and friendly carers, who have built a good relationship with my mother, and now my father as his dementia care needs changed. The carers help my parents with food choices and have little personal touches making meals work well. The daily personal care for my mother is well received and the need for almost daily washing of bed sheets is just part of the normal routine. All in all, a company I would recommend.

Polite they do their job well, on time, always willing to listen. Always cheerful I would recommend them to anybody. The carers are nice to the rest of the family they care for my partner's needs.

New Dawn cared for my mother who suffered from Dementia and limited movement from February 2022 to September when she passed away. The compassion and general care provided were exemplary from every carer. I was reassured that mum's hygiene needs were totally supported with empathy and devoted professionalism. One of mum's main male carers was a true example exemplifying care at home - he is a credit to New Dawn and a consummate professional. This gentleman became a virtual family member with his intimate and loving care for mum and even attended her funeral which meant the world to me on that day. I can confidently recommend New Dawn to prospective new clients and sincerely thank the company for the care and genuine love provided to my mother in the last months of her life.

I am so lucky to have found New Dawn. They are a happy, friendly team that will go the extra mile to help me and make sure I am comfortable and safe. They are reliable and dependable and I would feel lost without them.

My mum suffers from very bad arthritis and has dementia not have very good movement the more she is in pain she tends to scream and swear unintentionally they manage to calm and sort her out the care is fantastic and very professional whatever she wants they are happy to help with her. If mums happy I'm happy and would highly recommend this team.

They come in and get me up, help me to the bathroom to either have a shower or a wash, and they help wash and dry me before helping me dress. They help me prepare my breakfast, fill up my juice for the day and make me a cuppa, before leaving they always ask if there is anything else I need help with or want.
