Elite Care and Comfort Ltd - South Yorkshire

Elite Care has been visiting my partner since 08/02/24 4 times per day. During this period they have always been friendly, trustworthy, and efficient. Not at any point have they given me concern that they are not providing the correct level of care. I will also be extending the service soon to provide me with 4 hours per week of respite time. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Always did their job well and developed a good relationship with all the family. Showed empathy and compassion at all times. Always respected my wife's dignity and kept her spirits up on bad days. Even attended her funeral.

I would highly recommend. The staff was very respectful and caring towards my mum. Even took the time to make her look pretty and put her makeup on. On the morning my mum passed away, I walked in to find a member of staff holding my mum's hand. That meant so much to me.

They are friendly and kind and they do everything very well. They are not lazy, do things very neatly and will chat with the client and share stories. They are very patient and we are happy with their service.

The care and support was excellent. If I needed extra help with my husband, I just rang the manager and within five to ten minutes the team were here to help. I would just like to say a big thank you for all the care and support you all gave to my husband and myself. Thank you.

We are highly delighted with this service. All carers treat both of us with the utmost respect and dignity and are always there to help with anything.

My wife and I were very highly satisfied with your staff who took care of our son throughout his illness. Our son also commented on their care, and friendliness towards him. Our son passed away at 12.35 pm on Sunday 2nd October 2022.

What a brilliant company! I had to try and source some temporary care for my elderly mum for when I went away for a week. The manager came out to meet Mum and I to discuss her needs, dates etc and do the appropriate assessments. The ladies came every day as promised and checked on Mum, kept her company and attended to anything she needed doing. Mum felt safe and I could rest better knowing she had someone to check on her every day. Would highly recommend. Thank you Elite Care, we will hopefully be using you again in the future.

I can't praise Elite Care enough. We have 3 regular girls that come to care for my mum and they are always on time, always happy and polite. They chat to my mum and take an interest. Can't thank them enough.

The care and support our uncle, 9 years, received from your team was outstanding. The way Uncle's ladies (which he called them) greeted him put a smile on his face. Care was excellent with no negativity. This enables him to stay in his own home. We have no problem in saying 10/10 and recommend the Elite Care team every time.

The teams that came out were brilliant in communication and care.

This company is far the best in the area, excellent care is given. My partner was really comfortable with all the staff, liked a laugh and a joke, nothing too much trouble, they went above and beyond. He sadly passed away, but they were by my side, offering help and support. I want to say a big thank you to them all.

Wow, I’m absolutely blown away by the wonderful staff and the service you provide. Nothing is too much trouble. After a bad experience with another company, I was extremely nervous but all the stress of the last couple of months has just melted away. You have one incredible team. My mum has only started with your carers last Wednesday morning. I couldn't ask for a good set of a wonderful, beautiful and very good team. It was her birthday Saturday 2nd October, and I want to thank you for sending my mum a card and chocolates. What a brilliant team you have, and thanks again from us all!

A high standard of care from a dedicated team is really appreciated, making a difference to both of us. Always a cheerful greeting and professional care throughout the visits, which makes for a good experience of home care.

I am very happy with the care I receive; they are all friendly staff - you can have a laugh with them, but they are very professional at all times, nothing is too much trouble, they keep things clean and tidy. This is by far the best care company I have had, being of 66-years of age. Staff are of various ages and understand my needs.

The carers that visit my grandma really put my mind at peace. They have been so kind to her; she looks forward to seeing them every day. They really have taken into consideration what my grandma needs, and even have a dance with her to cheer her up as she loves it, which really has made my grandmas days memorable. Thank you so much!
