I get a good wash and if I have had a bad time with my bowels I get fully cleaned wth no making me feel bad both morning and night. They are a great bunch of girls.

My experience was first class and everyone of the care staff involved with the care, carers gave to my husband was outstanding. All carers played a huge part in helping our family and myself making my husbands last months of life as normal and happy as possible. I have lost the love of my life and he
will remain in my heart forever, but there will be a part of my heart and memory for all the carers and all I can say to all is "Thank you, carry on caring". "Do what you gotta do!" and keep smiling. My husband would be saying 10 out of 10 to you all. May God bless you all with a long happy and healthy future. Anyone in need of home care for themselves or their loved once then look to Elite Care and Comfort for a wonderful service.

I would recommend Elite Care and Comfort Ltd. My partner had cancer and received exceptional care of the highest standard. The staff were polite, caring for my partner with a smile, they were very hard working and thorough, friendly and very professional and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

The carers are reliable always turn up on time and they show respect and treat her with dignity. They are very good with my mother and do not rush her, they always take an interest in what she is doing. I would recommend them to others who needed help.

I cannot praise your staff enough. They were kind, thoughtful, caring and treated you with dignity and always came in with a smile and a cheery hello. Nothing was too much trouble even filling my little dog's water dish and putting her biscuits out. I will certainly recommend your company to anyone

Thank you .. you provided care to my dad for a very short time due to terminal illness and all carers were outstanding. They showed nothing but respect, care and professionalism. Each staff member involved us as a family and we appreciate everything they did.

The care my mother received from everyone connected to this care company was second to none. They treated her and the rest of the family with so much care and respect. They were always willing to engage in conversation with mum, and until she got bad at the end. Mum loved nothing more than a good old
natter. All the carers were extremely helpful in moving mum from the chair to a wheelchair/
bed/commode etc., especially towards the end when she found this extremely difficult. Well done to you all. You are a credit to the company.

Recommend Elite care. Had some amazing carers attend to assist with me. Communication has always been 100% with the team leader and also the manager when needed. Any slight issue has been dealt with effectively with a positive outcome. Carers are friendly and professional and always ensure I’ve everything

Elite Care has been visiting my partner since 08/02/24 4 times per day. During this period they have always been friendly, trustworthy, and efficient. Not at any point have they given me concern that they are not providing the correct level of care. I will also be extending the service soon to provide
me with 4 hours per week of respite time. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Always did their job well and developed a good relationship with all the family. Showed empathy and compassion at all times. Always respected my wife's dignity and kept her spirits up on bad days. Even attended her funeral.

As the client's family, we could not have wished for a better team than you to have cared for our lovely mum, who absolutely adored every single one of you.
