I knew of Elite Care as they were caring for my mum. They card for my husband for one day and come at 24 hours notice. Ingrid came personally and treated us with so much love, care and compassion. Thank you to the Elite Care Family. A care company I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We began to use Elite Care in September 2021 after mum's health declined. We had 2 carers 4 times a day. The care she received was excellent, she was kept clean and comfortable at all times, every carer that attended to mum was kind, friendly and compassionate, could not do enough for her. Thanks to
Elite Care, we managed to keep her at home until her recent passing. Could not recommend Elite Care enough, 10/10 and more.

The care my auntie received over the years has been really excellent, the manager, seniors and care team have been really caring and helpful. Everyone was very happy and pleasant when you met them. They were very good at being punctual. If we ever had a problem we rang the office manager who was always
happy to help and sorted it out. A really good and professional care company who we as a family would definitely recommend as a care provider.

I get a good wash and if I have had a bad time with my bowels I get fully cleaned wth no making me feel bad both morning and night. They are a great bunch of girls.

My experience was first class and everyone of the care staff involved with the care, carers gave to my husband was outstanding. All carers played a huge part in helping our family and myself making my husbands last months of life as normal and happy as possible. I have lost the love of my life and he
will remain in my heart forever, but there will be a part of my heart and memory for all the carers and all I can say to all is "Thank you, carry on caring". "Do what you gotta do!" and keep smiling. My husband would be saying 10 out of 10 to you all. May God bless you all with a long happy and healthy future. Anyone in need of home care for themselves or their loved once then look to Elite Care and Comfort for a wonderful service.

I cannot praise your staff enough. They were kind, thoughtful, caring and treated you with dignity and always came in with a smile and a cheery hello. Nothing was too much trouble even filling my little dog's water dish and putting her biscuits out. I will certainly recommend your company to anyone

The care my mother received from everyone connected to this care company was second to none. They treated her and the rest of the family with so much care and respect. They were always willing to engage in conversation with mum, and until she got bad at the end. Mum loved nothing more than a good old
natter. All the carers were extremely helpful in moving mum from the chair to a wheelchair/
bed/commode etc., especially towards the end when she found this extremely difficult. Well done to you all. You are a credit to the company.
