After me and my family searched for real caring people in the care home industry for some years, Happy Home Care is a breath of fresh air, to say the least. From the get-go of looking after my grandad, we have been impressed throughout their services towards me and my family. Not only is it a massive weight of our shoulders looking for consistent reliable care for him he loves them coming to visit him spending quality time with a lonely person goes a long way with anyone but especially a relative. Always on time always willing to go the extra mile and I’m so pleased they will continue the most caring work for my grandad when me and my family can’t! Superb run family business will never look anywhere else for these type of services with any company again! Fantastic.

Having had previous carers provided by the council it made a change to feel as if you are part of the family of carers. Nothing is too much trouble for them, I have made some good friends amongst the staff since I have been in their care.

We are so pleased that we have taken the decision to move our mother to the care of this company. In just a few weeks we are so happy and we already know we have made the right decision for her.

We are so pleased that we have taken the decision to move our mother to the care of this company. In just a few weeks we are so happy and we already know we have made the right decision for her.
We feel confident that she is now getting the care she deserves and we are confident that she is safe and happy. The difference in the care provided is amazing. She is treated like a member of their own family and all of the team go that extra mile to meet her needs and the needs of her family too.
They do what they promise and they communicate with the family if required making suggestions to improve her care and improve her quality of life. They provide continuity of care and arrive when they say they will which is so important for someone with dementia and their family. Mother looks forward to every visit and knows she is safe and has her routine back so she is much happier in herself.
We feel confident that she is now getting the care she deserves and we are confident that she is safe and happy. The difference in the care provided is amazing. She is treated like a member of their own family and all of the team go that extra mile to meet her needs and the needs of her family too.
