Olam provided great care service tomt mother prior to her death. The staff were brilliant with and always willing to go the extra mile. After her death two team members came to the funeral which was amazing.

Olam supported my mum and family for the last 18 months of her illness at home. We had a team of carers coming in every couple of hours. Their strong family values were reflected in their outstanding care and kindness. We couldn't have done it without them. They go way above and beyond and were always on hand to support questions, changed and ideas to help mum. They made it fun. Every hoist lift was a trip to a glorious holiday destination. They became almost part of the family. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Olam, from the bottom of my heart.

They solve any problems. If they can't, they ring the Olam Care office and the staff deal with the problem. All are so very, very pleasant. My mother looks forward to them arriving as they always have a chat!

My parents have mainly used olam for care to my mother, but due to unfortunate recent events, they both now require a care package. I now see the carers come in on a daily basis, several times a day. Every single member of staff that comes into the house knows my parents and their needs. They are persistently friendly, professional, totally competent and confident in their abilities, as am I. The admin team respond rapidly to requests for changes to times, the carers are always on time even though I know they have other clients to get to and from around the visits to my parents. In short a flawless service that I, my sister and my parents, couldn't be more grateful for, thank you so much.

I have female & male carers. They are all first class professional people, efficient, responsible. Very well mannered. I respect them & they respect me. We have good conversations which I'm sure we all enjoy, just like family. My meals are always well presented & prepared. I need help with showers I can't praise them all enough they are wonderful.

Carers are lovely with mum. They treat her with care and compassion. I'm very happy with the care she receives.

I have found the care staff respectful, cheerful and efficient. My husband is comfortable in their care for himself by trying to be cheerful and welcoming.

Over the last month up until 3rd April I have found Olam carers to be very professional and caring. I found my son very taken by the staff and enjoys going out with them very much. Also the staff are very friendly and approachable. To date I have no complaints about the service its been excellent and I am sure my son feels the same.

Great service, great care, very helpful. Would be better if the same carers come more often to make the service more personal and improve care.

Very personal service. Very friendly carers. They have felt like family. Very reliable nothing was to much trouble. My husband had very complex needs and support from O.T District nurses and physio palliative and liased well and carers over the right care. They gave the right support to both my husband and myself. Thank you Olam for the 3 years they assisted us.

The 3 ladies who have been caring for me have done an excellent job. They are kind hearted and friendly and also efficient.

We have been with Olam for a year now and have absolutely no problems at all with our carers. They are kind and always try to do things the way you would like them. They give you time and always arrive at the time you've arranged. We are really happy with Olam and wouldn't want to change. All of the carers and management are managed so well and run a very happy and efficient company who put the clients first.

Olam have been so good for me. The carers are always there whenever I need to speak to them. The girls are friendly and helpful. We laugh and sometimes sing both being very good for me. Keep up the good work Olam.

All carers visiting my husband have been intelligent, polite well managed and extremely helpful, willing to go the extra mile. I cannot praise them highly enough.

They took extra care to not only carry out the required tasks but took time to interact with us and discuss normal day to day life which was great considering we were at the time house bound.

She worked around my working hours and we regularly communicated through text.
