This care company were amazing. Carers turned up on time, every time. They were professional, courteous and friendly. Mum felt at ease with them and confident that she was being well looked after. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they always found time after the tasks were done to sit and have a little chat. Knowing that I could totally trust them to do what they were required to do gave me peace of mind and allowed me to do other jobs for mum around the house and errands for her. All staff who visit us are absolutely amazing always talkative and very well presented always on time even in bad weather nothing is never to much trouble for them very well trained in using hoist never leave without asking if we need anything else.

My mum has been receiving care visits for a few months now. We are happy with the care provided, the carers arriving regularly and on time. My mum is extremely hard of hearing but the carers manage to liaise with her and she enjoys the visits.
