ST Complete Care came to care for my Mum. The manager and the carers worked hard to establish a rapport with Mum and help Mum with confidence which was very low. They had a real skill at engaging Mum and cheering her up. Mum was in a new environment and upset about her condition of frailty and Parkinson's.
In Mum’s own words, when the manager and her team walked through the door, Mum felt it was a breath of fresh air and she could relax. This response showed us how challenging it is to have a chronic condition and how critical relief and support is, which ST Complete Care provided. We loved the care and would very much want the team back to help with Mum.

My grandma was provided care from another company until we were recommended St Complete Care Ltd by a trusted friend.
We have not looked back after switching care companies.
We have a regular care worker from this company who are not only very reliable and punctual but also makes sure to go the extra
mile for my grandma. My grandma feels very comfortable around her as she respects my grandma's right to dignity and privacy. When I am at work, I have peace of mind knowing that my grandma is in good hands and will get the care and attention she deserves.
