We have received amazing care and support. The carers are so friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. They treat my mum with so much dignity and have made it possible for her to remain at home and happy. We, as a family, feel supported, also as I am able to call at any time and speak about any worries or concerns.

ST Complete Care came to care for my Mum. The manager and the carers worked hard to establish a rapport with Mum and help Mum with confidence which was very low. They had a real skill at engaging Mum and cheering her up. Mum was in a new environment and upset about her condition of frailty and Parkinson's. In Mum’s own words, when the manager and her team walked through the door, Mum felt it was a breath of fresh air and she could relax. This response showed us how challenging it is to have a chronic condition and how critical relief and support is, which ST Complete Care provided. We loved the care and would very much want the team back to help with Mum.
