Excellence Home Care

Excellence Home Care were sent to us by the NHS because my mother , who is 94 and has Alzheimers, had had a fall and broken her hip. The care she received was excellent especially as it was more specialised due to her broken hip. They were all lovely with her, even when she was being exceptionally difficult! I was most impressed at how they respected her dignity. Would recommend to anyone.

I'm new to Excellence Homecare and, so far, I have been highly impressed with the Carers I have received. Always kind, polite, considerate and competent. It's been a good experience getting to know my new carers. This company really seems to care about their clients' experiences.

Things are OK for mam when your employees are aware of care that mam requires. Mam is apprehensive when new people arrive. However this isn't very often. Thank goodness. Also more of problem with food preparation. More so lately. Again new staff. Her hygiene, washing, bed, laundry, etc good

Our daughter is transported to the day centre by staff from Excellence Care. The staff are so lovely. They are always friendly, happy and caring. If the service you receive in your home is as good as we get you will be really happy. Good care is sometimes hard to get but I am so impressed with the care my daughter receives.

I’ve been pleased with the staff's punctuality, they are always on time. Very friendly staff. Enjoy my baths and they support me with so much dignity. They make sure I have one carer who comes to me and I’m so much used to them. She is an amazing carer.

The lady I had was very pleasant and very helpful. She noticed my ironing board and even asked if I needed some ironing done. My kitchen hadn't been properly cleaned since my cleaner left three months ago and she made a very good job of it. I was very pleased with everything she did.

They make the bed well and the room is cleaned very well. I enjoy my shower.

Very good and patient with Mam. Helped her with her needs while she stopped with me. Made sure she was ready before helping her - asking her what she wanted and doing what was needed to help her get ready for the day ahead.

I was very impressed by the excellent professional service provided by friendly and motivated staff. Easily worthy of CQC Good rating. Good value for money. I will definitely use them again. and would recommend them.
