The Carers are trained to provide the very best individually tailored support, which is completely unique to you and your requirements, whether you need regular visits throughout the week which can start from 30mins or 45mins or 1 hour to help you keep on top of your household chores, or more intensive live-in support for a complex condition.

Team members go the extra mile for the clients they care for. They are committed to enabling clients to live healthily and happily at home and to help them to stay out of hospitals when possible.

The pleasant and friendly staff are always very kind, considerate and patient, happy to chat to me and my wife and treat us with respect. My condition means that placement of rotunda and wheelchair has to be very precise when making transfers. They were quick to learn use of rotunda and ceiling hoist
and take care to keep me safe when transferring. Arrival timings, though variable are reasonably accurate and they usually notify us if they are delayed but it is not always clear who will arrive. We are happy with the care and service that we receive.

I'm Emily, I have worked with A&T Caring Services since Feb 2019, however I only joined the Surrey Team as a Registered Manager in November 2024.


When I started working with A&T Caring Services I started as a domiciliary carer and gradually worked my way up to my current position.
