I am very satisfied with the care I receive I always feel fresh.after a wash or shower staff always look after me and make sure I am comfortable before they leave me. My carers always try to fit in with me if I need them to come early because off appointment they do there best to come early.

Overall good. My mother doesn't speak English unfortunately, so staff is very helpful with following notes while I'm at work related to food serving or preparation or giving medicine. Even helping with dish washing and keep kitchen clean.

Also my mother told that not all staff managing to place pads on underpants so it won't fall, however I accept it could be due to under pants design or pads.

There are brilliant with my mum she is 93 this year they make her laugh take brilliant care of her they ring if any questions to do with her couldn't ask for better people would recommend to anyone.they talk about anything she wants .

Overall care is very good. But one carer is not as caring, sometimes my mother doesn't feel safe, or comfortable. She also doesn't listen to what we are telling her, we have to tell her 2 or 3 times.

Everyone is so good who come to attend to my dad. He can sometimes be a bit difficult but they deal with it with ease. They are respectful at all times and care so much for their clients. A special mention goes to his carer who dad loves she entertains him with her beautiful singing and is such a happy lady she brings a ray of sunshine into dads day.

The carers are excellent looking after my sister. They can t do any better. Please make sure you tell them what we have said. I have never seen such willing carers and friendly and experienced. Well done extremely fantastic care for my sister.

Four visits a day. Overall good. Lots of changes with staff but still no issues. Work was carried out as expected and help was given when needed. Friendly and as importantly friendly with my dogs. Enjoy the social calls and look forward to going further afield in the future.

I was and continue to be delighted with dependable care from the first day right through to present day in April 24. The staff are all friendly and eager to help my husband and myself. If I'm unsure about anything we are able to discuss what's changed and review what needs to change in his cares. I love them all. They look after him well on sits when I go shopping, this is a big thing for me to be able to trust anyone when I'm not there. Recently all the staff who came have had to put up with our home being upside down as I've decorated and moved Bob into the big bedroom to make life easier for us all and all the equipment in use. They have been brilliant through it all.. no complaints here.

Never having had care before and being apprehensive, I can say that with Dependable Health Care I have received courtesy, understanding and good care. That is also easy access to management who can iron out any little problems. As my condition is long term I hope to continue with Dependable.

Their gentle, consistent and calm approach, coupled with appropriate humour, helped my father to maintain as much independence and dignity as possible before he was admitted to hospital. The quality of their work, their interest and their professionalism helped my father and me in a difficult period in my father's life and I will always appreciate their work.

I honestly don’t have the words to thank everyone enough for all they have done for us as a family and our nanna. Thank you so much and you should all be very proud of the work you do.

The carers for my nanna are outstanding we couldn’t ask for better people to look after her they’re kind caring considerate and extremely helpful. They’re all a 10/10. They're very patient with my nanna and make her laugh while doing a perfect job.

Dependable Health Care has been just that - dependable. My father has had no complaints about the service. The staff have been kind, generous of spirit and have demonstrated how much they care at all times. My father is a very sociable person and the carers take the time to chat and joke with him. This means as much as looking after his physical needs. The management is high quality and communication is easy with social media messages responded to in a timely fashion. When my father has needed help getting signed documents to me Dependable Health Care has sent me the scans immediately. My father has been treated with respect at all times and his likes and dislikes are always taken into account. I know not all care services are this good and feel very lucky that my father is in such good hands. I can highly recommend Dependable Health Care.

We found Dependable Care lived up to its name. We found them reliable, and helpful. We often needed more help or different times and they were very flexible. The dedication and care from the staff were excellent. Some even popped in to check on my stepson on breaks. He enjoyed them coming around for the chat as well as the care. They were happy to learn new methods as his condition changed and the timekeeping was good. I'd certainly recommend Dependable Care. Friendly, helpful, professional and caring.

Excellent service from the team, my mum loves to see them they are always caring and considerate to her needs and there is nothing too much for them to help out. Cannot fault in any way. I recommend highly.

Dependable Care have been caring for my stepfather since December 2022. They provide a maximum amount of care to him as put in place by his social worker. Regardless of the time he has spent in hospital, they have always picked up where they left off. I am very happy with their level of care as without them my stepfather would be in a care home.

My mum has not complained about the carers. When I have been present the carers have been upbeat and helpful and caring and have a good rapport with my mum having endearing names for her like calling her "Mamma V" the first initial of her name.

Lovely team of care workers. One carer has a lovely relationship with my nan and ensures her needs are met. Great care punctuality and communication are great. The carers always ask about the needs of my nan and ensure she has everything she needs. Thank you.

The management is very approachable and supportive and is always there if you need them. I would highly recommend this service provider to care for your loved ones.
