As Founder and Managing Director of EarlyBird Lifestyle Support, I have dedicated my career to improving the quality of care and outcomes for people who rely on community support. With over 18 years' experience across nursing, residential and domiciliary care, alongside more than 12 years in senior leadership and management, I am passionate about delivering innovative, person-centred services that empower people to live independently.

I hold a BA (Hons) in Health and Social Care, an MA in Health and Social Care Leadership, and a Professional Graduate Diploma in Education, Training and Skills. I am currently undertaking a PhD in Psychology, researching the wellbeing of unregistered community care workers, alongside a Diploma in Counselling Practice. My work combines research, education and frontline leadership to ensure our services remain evidence-based, compassionate and continually evolving.

I am proud to lead an organisation that places quality, dignity and continuous improvement at the heart of everything we do. Alongside my role at EarlyBird Lifestyle Support, I support the wider social care sector through consultancy, education and professional development.

With over 10 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, I am passionate about delivering efficient, well-organised services that support both our customers and care teams.

My background includes extensive experience in operational management, customer service and business support, enabling me to oversee logistics, coordinate resources and continually improve the systems that underpin our service. I am committed to maintaining high standards, identifying opportunities for innovation and ensuring our teams have the tools and support they need to provide outstanding person-centred care. I am currently studying to complete my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care.

As Deputy Manager at EarlyBird Lifestyle Support, I work closely alongside the Registered Manager to ensure we continue to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care of the highest standard. Having been part of the EarlyBird team since 2021, I have developed a thorough understanding of our values, our customers and what it takes to provide exceptional support.

My journey with EarlyBird has seen me progress through several roles, from Administrator to Field Care Supervisor, then Care and Services Manager (Maternity Cover), before becoming Deputy Manager. This experience has given me a strong understanding of every aspect of our service, from office operations and care coordination to quality assurance, compliance and supporting our frontline care teams.

I have completed my Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration and am currently studying for a BA (Hons) in Health and Social Care. I am passionate about continuously developing my knowledge and skills to support both our customers and colleagues while helping to drive improvements across the organisation.

As Office Administrator at EarlyBird Lifestyle Support, I have been part of the team since 2022, starting my journey as a Care and Lifestyle Support Worker before transitioning into my office-based role in 2023. This experience has given me a strong understanding of both frontline care and the operational processes that support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services.

Although my primary role is within the office, I continue to complete care visits alongside my administrative responsibilities. As Finance Officer at EarlyBird Lifestyle Support, I joined the team in 2026 and play an important role in supporting the financial operations of the organisation. Although I am one of the newest members of the team, I am committed to ensuring our financial processes are accurate, efficient and well-managed, helping to support the delivery of high-quality care.

I work closely with colleagues across the organisation to oversee day-to-day financial administration, maintain accurate records and support the smooth running of our service.
