So grateful for the feedback, we aim to provide person centred care to all our service users, although it may feel we have been provided care for 6 years it is in fact since registration, almost 4 years. We value feedback, good or bad from all service users/ family and friends and hope to continue building trusting, professional relationships within our community.
Delighted with the care my dad is receiving, he is so much happier since we changed care providers. The care staff go over and beyond to make sure his needs are always met, he is always treated with dignity and respect. We would definitely recommend Tenacity Home Care.
I am absolutely delighted with the care that my aunt has received. She was quite reluctant at first to have someone coming to her home, but she is very happy with her carer and the service that she has had from Tenacity Home Care. They have supplied physical aids, medical advice as well as supporting her personal care. My aunt has been very isolated this past year, and she particularly enjoyed having someone to chat with that she trusts. Thank you.
Fantastic care company cannot fault it. My elderly friend is a lot more dependent on the help and support at home, and Tenacity Home Care has well and truly provided her with the care she deserves. The carers go above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and happy on every visit. We highly recommend this company.
I have been very happy with the care received so far. They come twice a day,7days a week for showering assistance, dressing, personnel needs, breakfast and medication.
Myself as a nurse have confidence in having them as carers for my parents in their home.
Both my parents like them and they are treated with a happy, reassuring, caring attitude by the carers. They bring in the morning paper for my dad which is a lifeline as he likes to read and keep up with the daily news.
They encourage them to be as independent as possible while making sure they are safe and comfortable in their own home.
I would recommend these experienced competent carers who come every day of the year, Tenacity's motto is that people need care 365days of the year. Many of the care companies have limitations but whatever we have requested from Tenacity has been arranged satisfactorily.
Delighted to receive this review from our service users family member, and delighted she took a chance on Tenacity Home Care. Being a new service provider and more so in these circumstances, word and mouth is giving us the opportunity to meet our aims and provide care to our community.
