Internal mileage charged when a customer is travelling inside a carers care is 60p per mile,
there is no mileage charge for travelling to the customer’s house


Waking nights are charged at the relevant hourly rate at £ 30.21 per hour


Sleep-in nights are charged at £191.44 for a minimum of 9 hours. Start times can be adjusted to suit customer needs, typically beginning at 8pm.


Live-In care starts at £1300 /week.


We offer a free face to face / virtual consultation depending on the location.

I met Shweta of Maucare late 2023 at a networking event. Early 2024 I contacted her to discuss care for my father whose health had dramatically deteriorated. At first we arranged 2 visits per week but by February 2024 it was clear my father required 24/7 live in care to enable me to support his wishes
to remain at home.
From February 2024 until my father passed away in January 2025, Shweta and her team at Maucare provided exceptional care.
They were kind, compassionate, supportive and professional every step of the way.
Shweta attended several meetings with me to assist in obtaining the financial support my father was entitled to.
The live in carers were highly skilled and gave me a sense of reassurance and the office staff communicated everything clearly.
I really could not have asked for more and they made what was an extremely difficult time much easier.

Mum was admitted to hospital and was not allowed home without care in place. She lives alone. I had met Shweta of Maucare at a networking event and had immediately warmed to her. A close friend had used Maucare and recommended them. Whilst mum was in hospital I called Maucare and Shweta came the next
day to the ward to assess mum. She discussed mums care with the hospital staff and gave our family excellent advice. She explained our options. I confirmed I wanted her to arrange care asap for us so I could get mum discharged from hospital.


Maucare provided a brilliant carer who bonded with mum straight away. She was caring and attentive and very knowledgeable.
We had the best of care and response time and advice and I can't thank them enough.

Absolutely thrilled to find such lovely people to organise live-in care for Mum while I took two weeks out.
Very caring and empathetic, Shweta & Sylvia are lovely! They really make it a family experience.
We were very happy with the care provided for Mum in her own home - so much better for her

My husband was discharged from the hospital to palliative care. We had never had an experience of a care agency or of teams of people coming into our home. We were somewhat nervous about this, however, we were so delighted with the carers who came, they were endlessly cheerful, dependable and understanding

It's my first week using this company for my Father and what a superb service, I like that the visitors take time to talk to him. I was so pleased to find out today 16.3.24 On arriving there one of the women got him up out of bed and out for a trip around the neighborhood. There are still a few ongoing
issues regarding medication but I'm sure they will be resolved it's still early days.

Great, polite customer care, always there to help my mum out in the mornings and evenings, getting her ready for bed and washing her in the mornings.
Chatting to her after her operation and with her dementia that’s why I went to MAUCARE Services because of their qualified staff who deal with this
situation and are always there at the end of the phone as well if you need them.

Carers are very good, always pleasant, caring, and making sure that I am comfortable when they have finished. Sometimes rota requires them to spend a lot of their time travelling between clients. I believe management is trying to address this issue.

I have used MAUCARE Services for several months now. They have proved to be the best care company I have used. The carers are courteous and supply the utmost of care and kindness. They are helpful and follow instructions very well. They are usually on the time that is set for my call using my key box.
I am very happy with the care they give me in helping me get dressed and other daily breakfast preparation and household chores. I have recommended them several times.

Due to the unfortunate absence caused by ill health of my regular carer, I have had a succession of different staff helping me with showering, probably numbering at least a dozen different people, without fail they have treated me with respect and courtesy and according to their levels of experience
with expertise and confidence. I have been at times a little dismayed to meet another new face but everyone has been helpful and friendly. I appreciate some of the difficulties experienced by office staff and have agreed to a later start in the morning as previously there could be considerable delays, not the fault of showering staff, but with drivers and other administration difficulties and shortages. I have only just started at the later time and cannot judge or get how smoothly it will run but I have appreciation of all that is done for me.

All the carers I have are extremely pleasant, they are kind and whatever food I require to have they make for me. They help me get out of bed and shower. The service is brilliant. My husband (the patient) and myself could not be more happy with this company, we will be so sorry to lose them! They are all so caring and if ever we feel a bit down they bring a smile to our face! We cannot thank all of the staff at MAUCARE Services enough for all of their love and support over the last few months, whilst they were caring for Dad at home. The whole team have been absolutely amazing, always treating Dad with the care, respect, and camaraderie he deserved. They really treated him
as a friend and did everything they possibly could to help him and make him as comfortable as possible. Dad came to regard the girls as his friends too, which meant that their visits were always something to be enjoyed rather than endured at a time when he felt so vulnerable.
