Internal mileage charged when a customer is travelling inside a carers care is 60p per mile,
there is no mileage charge for travelling to the customer’s house


Waking nights are charged at the relevant hourly rate at £ 30.21 per hour


Sleep-in nights are charged at £191.44 for a minimum of 9 hours. Start times can be adjusted to suit customer needs, typically beginning at 8pm.


Live-In care starts at £1300 /week.


We offer a free face to face / virtual consultation depending on the location.

All staff went the extra mile. They were efficient, caring, and friendly. They reacted well to an emergency on my aunt's last day in her bungalow. She was in a poor state, not dressed, and stuck in the toilet. An ambulance was en route to take her to the hospice. A carer was sent straight away - got
her dressed and into the ambulance, then went back and tidied the bungalow. She also tried her best to calm my aunt down. I cannot thank them enough.

The girls who care for me are always bright and cheerful. I really look forward to seeing them. They treat me with kindness and dignity. They are efficient and helpful and communicate if they have issues and may be late.
They care about me as well and care for me.
