The Home Team is a new homecare provider for Norfolk. They believe in a team approach, delivering continuity and reassurance to clients and a supportive structure and strong team spirit to carers.

Each client has their own hand-picked care team, ensuring that their particular needs are met and there is always a familiar and friendly face. Each team has a lead carer with two to three others in support, all known and trusted by the client.

The Home Team recruits only those who are genuinely caring, patient, kind and reliable. They have a highly experienced Registered Manager who alongside the Managing Director interviews every carer with particular focus on character and aptitude to care. They train to the highest professional standards and they pay significantly better than typical homecare providers.

Visits are a minimum of one hour, ensuring that there is the time and space to deliver care well and safely.

The Home Team would be delighted to discuss your needs, which might range from a few hours support a week to a fuller plan.

Superb care, cannot fault them at all for the care given to my mother over recent months and ongoing.
Everyone is helpful and amazingly kind to my mother. Any concerns I had about appointing home care for her vanished the moment they turned up. My mother loves the care and support they provide to
her.
They are hands on, they deal with whatever needs dealing with straight away and they keep me in the loop at all times. They also visit my aunt and again their support is excellent. They also respect her property and wishes.
I have no hesitation in recommending The Home Team to anyone looking for quality home care for a loved one.

After a challenging change in circumstances, I engaged Home Team to provide personal care. I've been using them for 4 months, during which they have arrived exactly on time on every occasion. Each carer has proved to be efficient, practical & friendly whilst providing very professional care. The development
of a care plan has been very thorough and the system of notes & recording means staff always arrive well briefed on any changes or nuances in my evolving needs.

The Home Team have been supporting my mother for more than 10 months now by taking her shopping on a weekly basis as well as doing whatever other errands might be necessary. They work in a small team and thus my mother knows the lovely, friendly ladies who come and vice versa. They have always turned
up and 99 % on time which is a brilliant track record.


As I live abroad, that this all works so well is a huge relief. I very much appreciate the weekly reports via the app and the invoicing also works well. The management team responds quickly to any emails I send. Can highly recommend them.

At 95 years old and still wishing to live in his home, we introduced carers into Dad's life to support us meeting Dad's wish. We all felt that a care home was not the right option for Dad. Following a meeting with the owner at Dad's home, we started in September 2024 with four afternoon visits a week
providing companionship and cleaning tasks.
In January 2025 we realised that Dad was becoming more confused when cooking his meals, so brought Dad's visits forward to earlier in the day with the carers now cooking Dad a super lunch, plating up some tea and still completing cleaning tasks.
The carers are friendly and caring and the app enables us to see detailed information about each visit, which is really helpful. The two staff members in the office are very helpful when we need to chat about any changes in care.


We would highly recommend The Home Team; every member provides a high level of professional care that enables our Dad to continue living in his home. Thank you.

The whole experience of having carers visit my parents 3 times a day having come home from respite care, was made very easy by the Home Team. From the initial interview with the managing director and then working with all office staff and carers has been a very straightforward experience. Despite some
very challenging and obstructive behaviour to start with from parents, the Home Team showed nothing but patience, empathy and professionalism on a daily basis. I have nothing but praise for the team and would strongly recommend them for support to any family member to be cared for at home.

Very pleased with The Home Team's care of my parents under, at times, very trying conditions. I was particularly impressed by the management of the company and their willingness to be flexible in terms of offering support at short notice as the challenges faced by my parents ebbed and flowed. Our monitoring
of the care was made so simple via an app and brought reassurance to the wider family. It was always very easy to speak to the management on the phone, at any time of the week or weekend, and I always received a prompt response via email.

The Home Team give excellent support, advice and service.
From the first point of contact with the manager I found that we were listened to, advised and the care from the first day in August has been sustained by all carers.
It's such a help to know that I have punctual, daily support. Nothing is
too much trouble. If I encounter a problem I can ask for advice from experienced carers, and the core staff in the office.
My husband loves them. Always friendly, supportive, the carers come in with a smile and I go out and walk the dog!

I use The Home Team team as need to travel to London every fortnight and require a carer to attend my dad to ensure he is eating his meals whilst I am away. I have found the team very professional with regard to setting up the service, with the initial review taking place to assess my dad's as well
as my own needs. At the moment his requirement is light touch though this will increase as the dementia takes hold. Overall I am very pleased with the standard of care, the individuals who attend and the level of professionalism. Whilst I am away I am comforted my dad is receiving the best level of care possible, a big thank you to the Home Team.

The Home Team have continued to provide outstanding service for my mother. The carers are always very attentive and make sure all tasks are done quickly and efficiently. They are always kind and considerate and Mother looks forward to their visits.
Because there is a dedicated team around each client,
they get to know the clients and can tell when something is amiss which has saved my mother's life on a couple of occasions.
We've been using the team for a number of years and can't fault them.

The Home Team is quite excellent. And have substantially added to my quality of life. Special mention to whoever selects the team members. What a wonderfully cheerful, efficient and friendly lot! With them, what a real pleasure it is to start and end my day. So a big ‘Thank You’ to one and all. Not
forgetting the lovely ladies in the office, who do such a wonderful job, juggling with the availability of team members, when compiling the weekly rosters.

I continue to be very impressed with The Home Team service which has been in place for my mum for the last six months since having a fall. My mum has nothing but positive comments about all the care staff. The daily visits have allowed her to build confidence and regain her independence. The entire

I have been very happy with the service provided for my mother and the carers have improved my mother's mood and continue to make her happy and reassure her by helping with so many tasks around the house. The girls manage to do so much in the hour they are there and the additional care to ensure her
beloved cat litter tray and food is done helps both myself and my mother. I would highly recommend The Home Care Team.
