Overall Experience
Our mother was discharged home for palliative care from hospital in November. The manager and her team were absolutely amazing. Their kindness and quiet reassurance to Mum was outstanding. We couldn’t praise them highly enough. Looking after Mum at the end of her life was stressful but it was so encouraging to know that this team was supporting us.

My sisters and I are so grateful to have received this care from such a wonderful team. Thank you.
