Since mum in law was widowed in March, GoodOaks have meant she can continue to live in her familiar home. She has received caring, sympathetic and effective support.

The carers are very kind.the service is reliable and meets my needs.some of the carers are better at putting in my eye drops than others. They give me the support I ask for. They will do anything.

The Good Oaks care team has formed a very good relationship with my father. They have been professional and caring at all times and have shown flexibility when problems have arisen. Our regular carers have provided consistency, practical support and positivity in their everyday dealings with my father.

I have been trying to get in live voice contact for a few weeks. I have sent emails. I am trying to pay by direct debit. I keep asking for direct debit information. It has now been a month. No information.

On the basis of excellent advice from a close friend, I contacted Good Oaks and am very impressed by their helpful and compassionate assistance for my husband, who has Alzheimer's. The carers are sympathetic and calm and their experience with dementia patients is invaluable. They are totally reliable and go the extra mile to make my husband smile and feel comfortable. The management are helpful and efficient. This company has made my life as a carer easier and I am very grateful and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Having not used carers before, I find this a pleasant experience. I am treated with dignity and have made friends with all the carers, they are efficient, courteous and nothing is too much trouble - just a great company to deal with.

I cannot speak highly enough about the high standard of care my husband receives from all the staff at Good Oaks Home Care. The management and care team work together to provide first-class care. They are professional and efficient whilst being pleasant and friendly. They are always punctual and will let us know if there are any changes (which is rare). The standard of care is high but most importantly they take time to not only do care tasks but to build up a good relationship with us and respect my husband’s needs and wishes. They also support me with any concerns I may have and I feel at ease mentioning any concerns or suggestions about my husband's care. I can fully rely on them to be here when they are scheduled and do everything (and more) that is required. I would highly recommend Good Oaks Home Care.

Since taking over the care for wife in December 2021 the care provided has been excellent. The important thing for us is continuity of care and the time the carers arrive to support us. Both of these have been adhered to which makes the rest of the day here so much easier as I am the overall main carer for my wife and family. I feel with this I can be confident to take a full respite break which I haven't been able to for about 2 years, with the care team covering me fully. Long may this partnership continue.

I am happy with the care being given to my husband. The carers are friendly and treat him with respect.
