We are more than happy with the care workers who always arrive with a smile on their faces, they are very polite and their care for my dad is exceptional. They arrive on time and do ring to say if they are running late and always find time to have a chat and ask if they can do anything else for us.

Since coming out of the hospital in December 2023, my grandma received the most wonderful care from Valour Healthcare. She always had such a positive experience with each carer who came and was always praising them! No job was too much for them and they were always willing to help in any way they could. My grandma enjoyed their company so much, she enjoyed getting to know each one of the carers individually. They always had the time to chat to her, which is lovely. My grandma felt very safe and well looked after during each visit, from personal care to support getting into bed each night, which gave her great reassurance after being in the hospital for so long. Sadly, my grandma passed away on 25th February 2024, to which one of the carers unfortunately found her. But they still stayed to offer support until the family arrived, which we will forever be thankful for. From all the family, we will always remember the wonderful care you gave, and we will always be grateful.

I just wanted to say I got back yesterday after spending 3 nights at Mum and Dad's and I have to say your staff are so lovely with Mum and Dad. Professional whilst also being so caring and empathic. So nice to know that Mum and Dad are in good hands especially as I live in another part of the country so can't be there all the time.

My mum has received wonderful care from you. Your colleagues were always polite, friendly and genuinely concerned about my mum. When mum was ill, the carer would contact me or if she felt I needed to be informed of a concern, it was dealt with promptly. Mum felt safe with the carers.

I can't praise Valour Healthcare and the ladies who provide Mum's care enough. The ladies are all really helpful, informative and fabulous with Mum. They are a constant for Mum and it is the same ladies that provide care on a rotating basis and this is good for Mum also. Nothing is too much for them and they do not hesitate to call either me or my brother if they have any concerns. They are all friendly and are always ready to have a chat. We couldn't wish for better care for our Mum. Thank you.

I can’t praise Valour and the ladies who work for them highly enough. The company send the same lady for the whole day and if possible the same lady attends for three or four days. This helps with Mum’s condition. The ladies are very professional. They are caring and helpful and will do any tasks requested of them. They are always on time and stay the full time that has been allocated. Mum has benefited from such excellent care. Thank you.
