We cannot thank Andrea Healthcare enough for the exceptional care they provided to our step-father throughout his cancer journey and during his end-of-life care. Every single member of staff was incredible, compassionate, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to support not only him, but our family as well.

Their kindness made an incredibly difficult time that little bit easier. They supported mum so she could take moments of rest, and they always treated our step-father with dignity, respect, and genuine warmth. We truly could not have wished for better care.

A very special mention to Monty, a truly wonderful, caring person whose support, dedication, and gentle presence meant more to us than words can say. We will be forever grateful for everything he did.

I highly recommend Andrea Healthcare. They have been looking after my husband since May 2024, so nearly six months now and we would not want to change anything. We rely on their help for my husband's personal care, and I am convinced that without their twice-daily visits, he would not be as comfortable and happy as he is. It's clearly a difficult time for us with his terminal cancer diagnosis, but the daily visits from our carers lift our spirits, as well as providing practical and sensitive ongoing support. My husband finds the conversation and gentle good humour uplifting and has become accustomed to help, after being a very independent person. I think that is all down to the professionalism and dedication of the team. We know everyone by name and are grateful for the excellent skills and kindness of the team at Andrea Healthcare.

Andrea Healthcare provided an outstanding service to my grandma after she came out of hospital. The staff were caring and compassionate and very understanding of her situation. They went above and beyond for her from attending to her basic, personal care to cooking her favourite meals and having a laugh with her. Also, a big thanks to the seniors in the office who were always there for me if I had any questions and kept me updated at all times! Highly recommendable company.
