We've been using Beaumont Home Care for just over a month now, and I'm happy to say they've been absolutely brilliant. From the start, they've been incredibly professional and easy to work with. They're always there when we need them, and they've been a huge comfort to my father and me as we go through this difficult time. I can't thank them enough for everything they've done for us, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

I was very worried about a change of Care providers for my father. However, Beaumont Care have facilitated a smooth transition, allowing my fathers routine to remain as before, which has been very important for him, and my Mum and I.

We have experienced good communication from the office at both assessment stage and ongoing care visits.

The carers that come into Dad have all been so good with him and understand his needs, which puts my mind at rest.

I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Beaumont Care.

We are extremely appreciative at the level of care and support which Beaumont have provided my father.
The support and organisation are exemplary and the care staff and structure are first rate.

Entrusting care of a loved one is a new experience for us, but we have been guided and supported all the way by the Beaumont team. To that end, we would not hesitate to recommend Beaumount Health Care to anyone looking to provide professional care services for their loved ones.

The girls who visit are so lovely, they genuinely care. They soon got into a routine that suited everyone. There is always someone at the end of the phone for any out of hours dramas too. Very professional and experienced, but very family friendly too. They're not afraid to think outside the box to make things work for individual people. I'd recommend them to anyone.

We were introduced to Beaumont by a family friend whose father uses their services. It's somewhat daunting to leave one's love one in others' care and I found the process from "onboarding" onwards seamless. The staff really care, from the management down to the carers. I was particularly impressed by the follow up after the first month which was extremely thorough. They really wanted to know our opinions and I have absolute confidence in them. I highly recommend the Beaumont team. Their care is especially appreciated by the family as a whole as all four children live abroad and value their care and honesty. Well done Beaumont!!!

Finding Beaumont Home Care was an excellent choice. The care for my stepdad was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble, and they would also make sure Mum was ok and if she needed anything on each visit. My stepdad was well cared for with great respect and dignity. The care team included him in their daily chats and laughed with him, having Beaumont Home Care made it possible for him to stay at home until his last day with us. The whole team from the office staff to the carers from day one was excellent and would keep us informed if there were any concerns, Mum and I cannot fault them at all and would highly recommend them.

Following a fracture to my wrist, I needed short-term help to regain my independence. Beaumont Home Care were recommended to me and the six weeks of care I received from them was absolutely brilliant. The professionalism and caring nature of this company was evident from my first meeting with the staff member who assessed my needs and I found this very reassuring. I felt very comfortable with having the carers in my home and having them assist with my personal care. They were all unfailingly kind, attentive and encouraging. They arrived punctually and if there was a delay or a problem, I was contacted and told who to expect. Having had previous experience with carers, I can honestly say that Beaumont offers a service which is far superior to most because the needs and comfort of clients are central to its ethos. I have no hesitation in recommending Beaumont Care to anyone looking for home care - we are very fortunate to have this excellent company in our local community.

Beaumont Home Care came to the rescue when my mum was hospitalised and needed help upon returning home.

The team were able to organise care at very short notice and were instrumental in her recovery. The carers were absolutely lovely, helping her with personal care, food preparation and keeping the house clean. Mum was apprehensive about being discharged from hospital so early but thanks to Beaumont Home Care she was happy to be home and regained her independence after a few weeks. I would highly recommend this company.

I required some fairly urgent care for myself, following a rather frightening bang on my head (having had a stroke in June) which rather unnerved my daughters who wanted some overnight care for me. At very short notice I just basically needed someone to sit up overnight in case anything happened of which I would be totally unaware.
I contacted the manager who managed to secure a carer for exactly what I was after. The young girl was free to start that day. She turned up promptly and understood what was required. The next morning, she packed herself up and left for the bus, she returned that evening and carried on for a week, which was ideal. I had every confidence in the manager and her team, I was phoned the next day to ask how the first night had progressed. I advised I was delighted and had no complaints or problems.

I would highly recommend Beaumont Care without hesitation.

We are very pleased with the service we received. The staff were helpful, polite, caring and punctual, making the experience a relaxed and enjoyable one rather than stressful.
The communication was simple and the way we could book times and dates was easy.

Both of the carers that we now have for my mum are fantastic in different ways. My mum has Alzheimer’s and can be a tricky customer and it did take a few carers before we found the right fit.

The care company has been very supportive, including finding emergency live-in care over the Christmas period and they are also flexible with requests. Due to the size of the organisation, your family are not anonymous but are known as individuals which is something we value.

From my first contact with the company owner, I felt as if was speaking to someone who really cared! I needed temporary care for my mum while my husband and I had a well-needed break. We hadn't had to use the service before as I had coped with Mum myself. However poor Mum is showing signs of dementia and I can't leave her to take tablets on her own. The carer came in every morning, bringing a newspaper with her and making sure her tablets were taken safely. She would make sure Mum had breakfast and made a cup of tea. She popped to the shop some days if anything else was needed. The carer had a lovely caring personality and Mum enjoyed her daily chat. I was so happy with the whole experience and would not hesitate to use them again.

The company owner is always happy to chat and is very compassionate. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable about dealing with dementia.

I am a nurse of 37-years. My mum died suddenly in Sept, and since then, my dad has needed help as he is very frail. We didn't want someone who just flitted in and out. We wanted dad to have time for a chat and some company. Quality of care and continuity of care were of utmost importance. This care agency has been superb from the very first contact. Nothing is too much trouble. Communication with the agency has been timely and effective. The owner and registered care manager visited together and stayed about 90 minutes on their first visit to completely understand dad's needs and answer any queries. A holistic care plan was then developed with us, and his care started this week. The care plan even includes feeding and walking his dogs! It has been lovely to see my dad chatting and laughing with the carers, he seems generally brighter already, and we are really pleased ( as are the dogs!). I have no hesitation in recommending this friendly, professional and caring organisation.

I cannot praise Beaumont Care enough. They are extremely professional, caring and adaptable. They gave us a care package immediately and we are so happy to use them. As there are only three carers my Father knows the faces that come into his home. They recognise that even though he is 97 he can still do a lot for himself and will offer help only when asked. They also offer a 30-minute slot which many companies will not do. They are wonderful. Thank you to the carers.

In order to consolidate and further my knowledge in HR, in 2002, I returned to part-time education to undertake a Degree in HR Management and became an affiliated member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Throughout my career, the area where I have had the most passion and enjoyment is in employee engagement and people management. This is where my knowledge and experience are utilised to ensure that not only is Beaumont Home Care strategically managed to meet our mission but that our employees (who are at the heart of our company) are recruited with the same values and ethos and are trained, fully qualified, engaged, knowledgeable and above all, happy and feel fulfilled in their role and chosen career path’.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, doing a little yoga here and there and walking our family dog Simba.

With over 20 years of experience in the care sector, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role at Beaumont Home Care. My career journey has taken me through various positions in two large domiciliary care companies, ranging from care worker to senior coordinator, care manager and registered branch manager. Throughout this time, I have had the privilege of leading teams, delivering person-centred care, and consistently striving to go the extra mile to ensure the well-being of our clients.

At Beaumont Home Care, my vision is to maintain the highest standards of care while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for both our clients and staff. My commitment to kindness and compassion underpins everything I do, as I believe that a caring approach not only enhances the lives of our clients but also cultivates a positive and motivated team.

Before embarking on my journey in the care sector, I worked for a local family-run mini-bus company, serving as both a driver and passenger escort for children with diverse needs. This experience ignited my passion for a full-time career in the care industry, where I have found contentment and purpose in making a positive difference in people's lives. The old saying rings true: ‘Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.’

In my spare time, I love spending quality time with my family, which is very special to me. I particularly enjoy swimming, biking, and walking my dog, Jasmine.

Simba Barnabas Job Title: Head of Wellbeing
Simba Barnabas

I joined Beaumont Home Care in 2020 and absolutely love my job! Holding a very important role in the Company, it is my job to visit the individuals we care for to bring happiness, comfort, and companionship to those who appreciate and enjoy being able to touch and stroke a friendly dog.

Many of the people we care for absolutely love animals (just like me) but for one reason or another are no longer able to have a pet of their own and this is where I come in. When you join the Beaumont family you will be asked during the care assessment if you would like a visit from ‘Beaumont’s Wellbeing Dog’ and if it is something you would like, your details will be added to my diary.

Due to being in such high demand, I may not be able to see you on a regular basis, but I promise that I will pop in to say hello when I am in your area, and when my mum isn’t looking, I never say no to a biscuit! In my spare time, I enjoy chasing squirrels (I still haven’t caught one yet), going for long walks, sleeping and eating).
