As a service user who has experienced different care companies in the past, what I can say is that the care and support from Glory House massively exceed any care I have received before. The management and carers are caring and compassionate from their hearts and that is evident from the very first time you meet them. The management is approachable and hands on and their leadership skills reflect in the rest of the team. The staff are insightful, caring, respectful, trustworthy, and always treat me with dignity and respect. Even on my worse days, I always feel a little better after my visit due to the friendly, cheerful demeanor of the carers. They are responsive to even the most complex of needs, even if like myself, your disability fluctuates between one visit and the next. They are truly client-centred and really do go the extra mile to ensure you are "ok". Glory House deserves the utmost praise in every way and I would highly recommend them. I cannot praise them highly enough.
