Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
We have two excellent live in carers who do 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off to look after my wife who suffered a stroke and is in a wheelchair. They stay with her while I am at work or out of home and do her meals, drinks, keep her company, give her medication and accompany us on days out which is good company
for both of us. Carers take her to the toilet at home or help me when out, and help with housework. The carers have massively improved my wife's quality of life and allowed me to get on with my own life and cope with looking after her. Management have also been really helpful with any problems or queries I might have.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 5.000 for Servoca Complex Care - Chelmsford is calculated as follows: ( (25 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 25 Ratings = 5

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Servoca Complex Care - Chelmsford is based on 5 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 = 4.5
