first point have been providing care for my Uncle for sometime now, he is your typical stubborn Yorkshire man and can be very awkward !!

I can honestly say all the carers (and management) that are part of his care have been fantastic with him, even when he is having a bad day they always manage to bring him round and make him smile, they also go out of there way to ensure he has nice meals cooked and help him keep himself and property clean and tidy. I have witnessed first hand there care and compassion whilst they are with my Uncle, and you can plainly see they care it is not just a job to them.

Firstpoint have been caring for my dear elderly friend of 98 years for a year now . Overall the service is very good. They make four calls a day which help and support my friend to live in his own home. There have been a few niggles in the care provided but they have been ironed out nothing detrimental just things like timings on visits mostly earlier than scheduled. The team are very good in the actual care they give my friend is always clean and happy after the visits. He enjoys their friendly manner and has a good relationship with the different carers. The carers have been excellent at spotting any medical concerns , ringing me the doctors or district nurses. I feel a peace of mind knowing that my friend is in good hands. The carers interaction with me and my friend is very good . They all seem have a genuine concern and attitude about the care they give as well as being professional.

First Point have been providing care for mum for a couple of years now. In all this time I have never found them anything other than professional and caring whether it's the carers themselves or management team. I have witnessed the encouragement and kindness they show to mum in getting her to do things she doesn't particularly want to do but needs to do for her health and wellbeing whilst also respecting her dignity and independence. If there's anything amiss in her home like when her heating and kettle weren't working they will always inform me or are very proactive and went straight out to get her a kettle. Whenever there's been any problems with her medication they have contacted the pharmacist and promptly resolved the issue even picking up once when it wasn't delivered. Without their due diligence mum's health would be effected so it's reassuring to me as I live far away to know mum is cared for.

My 97 year old mother continues to live in her own home and this is helped by daily visits from cheerful, caring people who check mum is up, dressed and coping with the day. All members of Firstpoint from administration to daily care act with compassion, integrity and honesty in often challenging circumstances. My sister, who lives away and I really appreciate the daily reports on the App which are very reassuring. Thank you.

The service provided is first class. The carers are attentive and understanding of my mother's needs. They are caring and supportive, an extended family in difficult times. The schedules are agreed to suit my elderly mother's medication and routine.

The Manager and Care Coordinator go above and beyond to sort issues as they arise, ensuring the needs of my parents are the priority at all times! They go above and beyond and are contactable at all times, which has made a stressful period easier to navigate for our family. I would highly recommend this care company.

My mam suffers from scoliosis of the spine which causes increased pain and suffering when in bed for too long a time on her back. The company knew this and we had requested the soonest opportunity to have an earlier morning getting her up time slot which we'd waited patiently for several months to become available. The bed time call was a very early 6:30pm. The company gave us the earlier call which although described at 8:45, was typically 9:15. However, after only the space of two weeks on this improved schedule, they placed mam back on a far later second run that calls in at quarter to ten, but they never even bothered to discuss the changes with us at all and then they even gave the earlier slot to someone else without discussion or conversation which I found extremely inconsiderate and highly cruel of the company, knowing the harm it would do to my mother. Feel treated like rag dolls tossed and messed about at their whim. They are thoughtless and callus and don't communicate.

Firstpoint Homecare Harpenden are taking care of both my parents and I have been delighted with the care and service provided. The daily carers are so kind and thoughtful with my parents, I don't know what we'd do without them. The care manager is always very helpful and readily available should I need to speak to her. Would highly recommend!

The live in carer is brilliant, she is so kind and caring, always remains calm and helps client to be their self. We are really happy with the service we receive from Servoca and would definitely recommend them!!

The carers always treat my nan with dignity and respect. She feels very comfortable with all carers. They all have respect when coming into the family home. They always encourage her to do her day-to-day things. The management team are always on hand when needed and communicate with myself as and when required. If any issues occur then I feel comfortable reporting to the senior members of staff, we have had a couple of issues but this has been resolved promptly.

proactive and clinically astute the main carer in particular has been when nurse provision has been required. Relationally speaking the carers have shown kindness and compassion to mum and dad. We couldn't ask for more.

Firstpoint Homecare have been caring for mum for over 3 years. They provide regular carers who we know know well. They also know mum very well and are aware of her good days and bad days and keep me informed. They are kind, friendly, caring and happy to go the extra mile when required. They are reliable and have never let me down. I don't know what mum and I would do without their support. Highly recommended!

I cannot praise more highly with carers and management care given to my husband. The carers have all been friendly, helpful with what my husband needs. They also have been very professional and made me feel at ease in their conduct. Management have also been extremely helpful and easy to talk to. All in all, could not wish for more from the whole team 100%.
