When it was time to part with their services, they said if your wife has a bad day and you need a one-off visit, we are only a phone call away. They did not just come to do a job. We had lots of fun and laughter with them. A couple of them asked if we needed a lodger because, at the tea time visit, they used to comment about what I was cooking!

Mum and Dad made very good relationships with them, and were always happy to see them. They also went beyond normal duties at times, such as when it was Mum and Dad's anniversary, they made the day special for them.
