I have help three times a day with showers, meals and anything in-between that's necessary. The girls are an excellent bunch and are very caring and attentive with extremely high practice standards. They should be very proud of themselves. The manager, too, for providing a very high level of care, with the same girls that always attend regularly as opposed to lots of different girls. Last year, my wife used this company from August to December, a total of 18-weeks with two carers four times a day. The two owners who are also "hands-on", and all the staff come from hospital backgrounds and are not just a bunch of people who decided to go into the care business. I do not need to...
Last year, my wife used this company from August to December, a total of 18-weeks with two carers four times a day. The two owners who are also "hands-on", and all the staff come from hospital backgrounds and are not just a bunch of people who decided to go into the care business. I do not need to go into detail about what they did; all I will say is I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. When it was time to part with their services, they said if your wife has a bad day and you need a one-off visit, we are only a phone call away. They did not just come to do a job. We had lots of fun and laughter with them. A couple of them asked if we needed a lodger because, at the tea time visit, they used to comment about what I was cooking!
To the owner and all your staff, thank you for everything you did for us.

I received care from Safer Staffing Solutions for 4-months from August to December 2021. After discharge from the hospital, I was very anxious about having carers as this was the first time I had needed this type of care. I needn't have worried. Everyone was really kind and understanding and went out of their way to reassure me from the beginning. As well as receiving excellent care for myself, my husband and I had a good relationship with everyone and had fun along the way - after all 'laughter is the best medicine'! We always knew the management team were only a phone call away if we needed anything. A big 'thank you' to the management and carers at Safer Staffing Solutions for making my first-time experience of home care easy and reassuring. With their help, I was gradually able to regain my mobility and independence.

Safer Staffing Solutions cared for my mum from March 2021 to early January 2022. They looked after her at a very difficult time when she had just left the hospital after 12-weeks. The care providers were always positive and kind. They were very knowledgeable regarding Mum's needs and helped the family in understanding the care needed.
Mum and Dad made very good relationships with them, and were always happy to see them. They also went beyond normal duties at times, such as when it was Mum and Dad's anniversary, they made the day special for them.

The management of the agency is excellent. It was very comforting to know that I could phone or text at any time if necessary.
