Belmont is an outstanding care provider and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone whose loved ones require support and care. All the carers are delightful, they arrive on time and treat both my parents with dignity, preserving their independence while keeping them safe and meeting their daily needs. They bringing fun and laughter into my parents home stimulating conversations and creating trust and a strong bond. The management team have created a culture which retains amazing carers who truly care - they are very special people! Belmont respond quickly and efficiently to any new requests or changes in circumstances or regimes with a 'can do' attitude where nothing is too much trouble.

The care my husband receives from Belmont is absolutely wonderful.He enjoys the daily visit.He is treated with love and care by the carers-i couldnt wish for more.He is gently encouraged to have a shower.I can leave the house knowing that he is being looked after.

Belmont have been visiting my father for some time now and Lisa who sees my dad has become an important part of my dad's capability to get out and about and remain the social butterfly he once was. Albeit not as often it has helped with his mental health. She has provided me with updates and attended appointments I am unable to go to due to work commitments. I would have no hesitation in recommending Belmont!!!

The service we have received from Belmont has been incredible. From the very first assessment with Sam to the twice daily care visits we have been so happy with the service we have received for my Dad. The carers are compassionate and patient with him and provide such fabulous support. After using a different care company for a while we were considering placing Dad into a care home as he couldn't cope at home ,but since using this wonderful care provider he is now able to stay at home and stay independent.They provide his daily care needs and also provide physio and exercise to build his strength back up . I cannot recommend these guys enough. Fantastic service

In February 2023, my wife who had had Parkinson's Disease for 30 years had to go to hospital for 6 weeks after which she required care three times a day (2 carers). A friend recommended Belmont and we have been with them for over 2 1/2 years. During that time, we have had excellent service. The carers have been punctual and very friendly and helpful and have often gone the extra mile to make sure that everything went according to plan. The office back up has also been excellent and I strongly recommend Belmont ot anyone requiring care in the home.

My mother has, so far, received excellent care from the Belmont Home Care team and the experience from setting up the care plan to the carers coming in and listening to our needs and taking them on has also been excellent. It's been nothing short of life-changing for me being able to step aside from getting Mum up and to bed knowing that she is in competent and caring hands.

I have found all the carers that have been to my house very friendly, willing to do any chore I have asked them to do and feel that we have become friends and I feel very happy to continue with this company.

I would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the Belmont Homecare Services team for their care, compassion and reliability at a time of great stress and anxiety. The manager, came to our aid at very short notice after my husband was discharged from the hospital and after that, we received wonderful reassuring support from the rest of the team, especially his carer. The flexible package put in place was adapted to our needs as I gained more confidence in taking over some of the care involved. It’s great to know that we know exactly where to go for our future needs as we age!

Belmont Home Care has been amazing from the very start of our interaction with them when they assessed Mum's needs. The carers work brilliantly as a team to provide the very best support for Mum. Belmont Homecare has been an absolute gem in regard to my daughter's care. Every single one of their carers are amazing, they're patient and caring towards my daughter. I'm fortunate to have found them when I did as there were issues with our previous care company, they stepped in and fulfilled all my daughter's care needs flawlessly. We highly recommend them, the staff and level of care are exemplary.

The care my father received from Belmont has been of a very high standard. It was even possible for a carer to accompany Dad to our son’s wedding which was very much appreciated. All of the carers are very friendly and helpful.

Belmont carers go above and beyond. They are promptly turning up, they are knowledgeable about medication requirements, they take gentle but firm control, and they give surrounding families good advice. I felt my father was in very competent hands.

My mother has been a client of Belmont Healthcare for nearly 5 months and we are delighted with the daily care and support she receives to enable her to stay safely at home. I have met many of the carers and they are so kind and thoughtful, they take time to chat with her, and make friends with the dog, while also ensuring that the tasks agreed upon as part of her care plan are completed. The manager and care coordinator are also very experienced and extremely helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend Belmont to anyone looking for excellent care at home.

Excellent first-class home care service for my auntie, they went above and beyond with their high level of care. Would highly recommend it, the only reason why we don't use Belmont anymore is that my auntie has had to go into a nursing home for 24-hour care but Belmont tried their very best with 2 carers coming in 4 times a day to assist her. They couldn't have done any more. Thank you all for everything and wish the company well.

The companionship care my brother has received from Belmont at home has been excellent. He has a small core group of regular carers who he knows and more importantly know him and his needs well. A new carer has recently been introduced to my brother but she was introduced to him whilst shadowing a regular carer so he got to know her before she took on caring responsibilities showing the thought and planning that goes into arranging care packages. I am able to focus at work knowing my brother is being well cared for and just as importantly is happy to be left in the care of Belmont at Home Care carers.
