Thanks so much Kate and the team for being (as one of my friends children would say) "bangin'" I'm assured that's a really good thing. I'm not quite down with the kids these days!

When the office has been contacted - nothing is too much trouble. They organised last minute care so I could leave hospital earlier. The carers arrive wth a smile on their faces, a breath of fresh air. The task are dealt with quickly & efficiently. I can't praise this company enough. Thank you.

All mother's carers have been friendly, efficient and professional. I have been particularly impressed by the way they communicate with eah other in order to keep themselves updated with her care needs. Recently we have needed increased levels of care in order to deal with a period of ill health and You Are My Sunshine have been able to accommodate her needs. Most impressive.

Since becoming a client of YAMS life has certainly been that bit easier. Carers attend 3 mornings p.w for half hour and 2 evenings for 15 minutes. The tasks they perform include making my bed, vacuuming and putting laundry into washer and dryer, or perhaps watering plants or washing my feet and replacing dressings when needed - different tasks on different days but most importantly, always done willingly and with a big smile.

The carers are loving, caring and sociable. They are amazing and do the job and what I need. I showed the carers how to do my stocking supports and now they do it this way all the time which helps me until less pain. Overall experience is excellent and I would recommend You Are My Sunshine.

My mother is also a client of You Are My Sunshine I was recently concerned about my mothers poor mental health which was having a negative impact on both of our lives. You Are My Sunshine carers quickly recognised that my mother needed one on one companionship time to access local community but more importantly feel valued. They set up a weekly visit for my mother very quickly. Its great to see my mother smiling and enjoying herself again.

Staff very good and very friendly. Management is very supportive. Everything is more than good, excellent. I would totally recommend YAMS, couldn't say anything more positive and have already recommended YAMS to friends.

Most of the time I am happy with the care that Mum is receiving. The carers are all very kind and if my mum doesn't want a shower they win always find something else to do which is practical & helpful eg making a drink or changing the bedding. I often make a written request & leave it for the carer & they always provide a written response.

We had amazing carers came to support my grandad in the last 6 months of his life. They were a huge help to us and so supportive when he become palliative care. All the carers that visited were knowledgeable in the care they were providing. We are thankful they make grandads life easier come the end. Thank you. x

YAMS are truly amazing the care and support they provide for my nan is brilliant they go above and beyond and we would be lost without them. The staff are all so friendly and lovely my nan lives with me and my family so have got to know many of the girls so well some are like part of the family. I would always recommend YAMS to anyone I can't fault them in anyway.

I cannot stress enough how poor the management of this company are. They are disorganised, cannot communicate with each other, their staff, service users or other stakeholders. A lot of their staff are fantastic but they are consistently let down by a lack of effective care planning, leadership and training.

Five-star service! I would highly recommend their support! You Are My Sunshine has been looking after my gran now for two years, and they are faultless. They have gone above and beyond to look after my gran, and I couldn't have done it without them. Thank you to both the proprietor and her team for everything they do.

It was like having a member of the family visit.
