All mother's carers have been friendly, efficient and professional. I have been particularly impressed by the way they communicate with eah other in order to keep themselves updated with her care needs. Recently we have needed increased levels of care in order to deal with a period of ill health and

Since becoming a client of YAMS life has certainly been that bit easier. Carers attend 3 mornings p.w for half hour and 2 evenings for 15 minutes. The tasks they perform include making my bed, vacuuming and putting laundry into washer and dryer, or perhaps watering plants or washing my feet and replacing
dressings when needed - different tasks on different days but most importantly, always done willingly and with a big smile.

The carers are loving, caring and sociable. They are amazing and do the job and what I need. I showed the carers how to do my stocking supports and now they do it this way all the time which helps me until less pain. Overall experience is excellent and I would recommend You Are My Sunshine.

My mother is also a client of You Are My Sunshine I was recently concerned about my mothers poor mental health which was having a negative impact on both of our lives. You Are My Sunshine carers quickly recognised that my mother needed one on one companionship time to access local community but more
importantly feel valued. They set up a weekly visit for my mother very quickly. Its great to see my mother smiling and enjoying herself again.

Most of the time I am happy with the care that Mum is receiving. The carers are all very kind and if my mum doesn't want a shower they win always find something else to do which is practical & helpful eg making a drink or changing the bedding. I often make a written request & leave it for the carer
& they always provide a written response.

We had amazing carers came to support my grandad in the last 6 months of his life. They were a huge help to us and so supportive when he become palliative care. All the carers that visited were knowledgeable in the care they were providing. We are thankful they make grandads life easier come the end.

YAMS are truly amazing the care and support they provide for my nan is brilliant they go above and beyond and we would be lost without them. The staff are all so friendly and lovely my nan lives with me and my family so have got to know many of the girls so well some are like part of the family. I would
always recommend YAMS to anyone I can't fault them in anyway.

I cannot stress enough how poor the management of this company are. They are disorganised, cannot communicate with each other, their staff, service users or other stakeholders. A lot of their staff are fantastic but they are consistently let down by a lack of effective care planning, leadership and
training.

Your father has been a client of ours since 2022 and has been happy and cared for by our team with no complaints or concerns. Only recently have you (SG) become more and more involved in his care. Unfortunately due to your aggressive and intimidating behaviour towards care and office staff we had to give 30 days notice to cease the package of care due to carers not wanting to visit whilst you were present. All our staff are trained to the highest standards, but the care your dad recently needed (PEG) required specialist training which we had arranged to do with a PEG nurse, sadly you turned them away when they arrived even though this had been arranged with you by management previously. You have continuously tried to belittle members of staff. We had a great relationship with your dad so it is a shame that it has come to this and you felt the need to try and continue to manipulate others. We wish your dad well for the future and hope he continues to get the care he deserves.

I am writing to recommend You Are My Sunshine to anyone who is in need of home care help either urgently or in the future. The manager and all the staff who were there to give caring help to my parents when it was much needed are very much appreciated. My mum, myself and my sister have nothing but praise
for all the staff members who gave such professional, personable, loving care to our dad. They all went above and beyond, even going so far as to get much-needed aid from the local authority occupational therapist and social service departments.
It was like having a member of the family visit.
