Overdosed my wife. Didn't give other medication which put my wife in end of life care in hospital. She just pulled though luckily. I Would never advise to use this care provider. Before that stated they would take us to court if we tried to stop the service. Bullies. No accountability. This was someone from management. Carers in the week were amazing. The score is based on management treatment.
This review is very untrue and unfounded. We are very disappointed with these comments, we understand that all the professional bodies involved with these previous clients are fully aware of the comments made and the involvement we had with them and the hard work our staff put into their safety and wellbeing.
We were on holiday and my primary caregiver fell ill, which meant my care needs could not be met. Platinum Healthcare Services were recommended by another provider who couldn't assist at such short notice. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They went and did a food shop whilst I chatted through my care needs due to living with MND. They visited every morning and evening whilst my caregiver recovered. When they found out that we had to cancel our trip to a visitor attraction, they surprised our son with a hamper of goodies. Truly above and beyond service, for which I am so very thankful.

When I realised I needed some help at home whilst my wife had a well-earned holiday after caring for me for a long time and I was not in a fit state to join her I was lucky enough to find Platinum Healthcare which enabled her trip to go ahead. We had a meeting the next day to set up the care and within a very short space of time, I was being cared for and in very good hands. I had excellent personal care, help around the home, shopping, and other trips out and they even managed to walk my dog which was a great relief to me. My carer was very knowledgeable and confident and became a good companion. I would class the care as outstanding and would definitely call on their services again in the future.

I have been very pleased with the care that my husband has had. They are very kind and understanding with my husband repeating himself dozens of times also because of his deafness and blindness he can get irritable but they really are very kind. There is only one query I would like to know if my account us up to date and I have asked several times. I try to keep on top of all invoices.

Hopefully this won't happen again. The client is very happy with the two male carers that visit him on a regular basis, and he would like this to continue going forward. We have noticed over a period of time that no one is answering the phone anymore. We were given the office number and an out of hours mobile number to call in emergencies. Unfortunately, no one has picked up and it goes to answer machine which is both annoying and not practical!
The business is run completely on-line, which seems to suit the management, but their clients are mainly older and retired who may not be computer literate which has been a problem for us at times. Two ladies from the management came to my home when I signed up. But I haven't seen them since. The caring has been very good and we hope that this will continue.

Due to the nature of my condition, routine daily care can cause extreme pain. Some carers seem better at avoiding causing me pain than others.
I rang Platinum Healthcare to help my Dad who has Parkinson's. They have been amazing with him and understanding about his needs. They even helped set up medication reminders on his watch and phone which I didn't know was even a thing. They always treat him with dignity and they always make him laugh. Platinum Healthcare took over from the CERT team helping my dad in the last couple of weeks. The hospice team have now taken over but I could not fault the care and compassion shown to my dad on his final journey. They were all so kind, considerate and gentle with him. A very proud man who didn’t want to be a nuisance - he loved to chat to them all when he could. Particular thanks to his wonderful carers.

The care team have been providing care for my mum from 2022 right up to her passing in November 2023. Platinum Healthcare have been supporting my nan who has dementia. They give respite to my auntie everyday for a few hours so that she can have a break and live her life. This was a big step for my auntie to allow people into her home and to look after my nan, but they have been fantastic and I can not praise them enough for the support they have given. Platinum Healthcare Services have been looking after my mother since 2020. They stepped into the breach to enable her to return to her flat with an appropriate care package after a hip replacement operation. This was at the beginning of the Covid pandemic when hospitals had no tests, care homes were not taking new residents without a test and the hospital needed the bed - stalemate. Platinum came to the rescue and allowed my mother who suffers from dementia to return to familiar surroundings. In addition to dementia she has no mobility since the hip replacement and has to be hoisted from bed to bathroom to chair. The care provided by Platinum is excellent and has exceeded my expectations. All the carers are friendly and professional and have built a good rapport with my mother who can be challenging at times. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
