Platinum Healthcare have been supporting my nan who has dementia. They give respite to my auntie everyday for a few hours so that she can have a break and live her life. This was a big step for my auntie to allow people into her home and to look after my nan, but they have been fantastic and I can not praise them enough for the support they have given. Platinum Healthcare Services have been looking after my mother since 2020. They stepped into the breach to enable her to return to her flat with an appropriate care package after a hip replacement operation. This was at the beginning of the Covid pandemic when hospitals had no tests, care homes were not taking new residents without a test and the hospital needed the bed - stalemate. Platinum came to the rescue and allowed my mother who suffers from dementia to return to familiar surroundings. In addition to dementia she has no mobility since the hip replacement and has to be hoisted from bed to bathroom to chair. The care provided by Platinum is excellent and has exceeded my expectations. All the carers are friendly and professional and have built a good rapport with my mother who can be challenging at times. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The management team are a credit to all and set a very high standard of workmanship for their team to follow.
Just like in any profession, there are good and not so good team members who bring differing standards to the table but, in saying so, management are 'on the ball' and reacts very quickly to solve any issues, big or small. New team members are subject to all required 'checks' and 'shadow' the more experienced members in order to get to know the client and the client's needs before being 'set free' to work alone as and when required.
The team are always positive and happy when they visit and clients are able to choose a preferred carer if they wish to. I have confidence that Platinum Healthcare is the right choice for me and thank them highly for their work to date.

Joey brightens up the workplace with his lovely presence and is always sure to make employees smile. He really seems to enjoy long walks around the office, taking regular naps throughout the day and of course those lovely cuddles! Not only this, but Joey has a bit of 'an eye' for certain treats – primarily bacon! You'll be sure that if you didn't bring him a bacon treat on time, Joey will let you know in no uncertain terms. Despite his slightly demanding nature, all he truly wants is love and affection - and who can blame him? After all, there's nothing like getting lots of lovely cuddles and yummy bacon snacks!
