I have nothing but praise for the team at MKJ. They have provided support to my elderly mother for the past 3 years and have worked closely with the family to provide the best possible standard of care in that time. I wouldn't hesitate to choose them again.

I can't rate the service provided highly enough. Care and support excellent always listen to needs of son and myself as the carer. I know if I have a problem they will try their very best to sort it with a successful outcome.

Overall Experience
So far, the service has been very good. My husband gets very cross with me for having someone in the house, but apparently is fine once I've left. He refuses to go out, though he is asked. Unfortunately, he's not very engaging with any of the staff. Maybe he'll improve.

Please don't worry at all about your husband's initial reluctance or lack of engagement. It is incredibly common for individuals to take some time to adjust to new faces and routines in their home. Our staff are fully prepared for this, and we completely understand. We will continue to be patient, respect boundaries, and look for gentle ways to connect with him at his own pace.

We have found you to be professional, efficient and helpful in very trying times. My dad has carers four times a day, and we would not be able to keep him in his home without the support that you provide.
