TLC (Scotland)

My Dada and I are have been working with TLC for over a year now and we have had previous care teams over the last three years and TLC are the best. The teams are consistent. We always have the same team and they know Dada and he knows all their names. He is now bedridden and the level of care and sensitivity the carers have to his needs and to keep me supported is fantastic. They are always within their time slots and accommodate our needs and are compassionate to Dads. I could not recommend them enough.

Find these guys very friendly,very attentive, with my husband and his care needs they deal very well and his personal care and privacy 100%,timings on coming in to see my husband are pretty regular and the same time pretty much each day but cannot determine how previous client is or even how my husband may need a bit more time,they never complain,well,about the weather instigated by myself!!good job guys

One of the worse care companies avoid, timekeeping of carers is off what has been planned, they are understaffed yet take on new clients, i am housebound, bedridden and left on my commode for 40 minutes, after being told id have a carer right away to help me my legs were numb,my backside, back,and neck was in agony i have addisons if i had of went into a crisis i wouldnt have reached my injection pack

Joke of a company. Staff are mostly incompetent, and attitudes are terrible. Inadequate training provided. Communication is terrible. Would not recommend. Any positive reviews I have found have been from managers or workers!
