One of the worse care companies avoid, timekeeping of carers is off what has been planned, they are understaffed yet take on new clients, i am housebound, bedridden and left on my commode for 40 minutes, after being told id have a carer right away to help me my legs were numb,my backside, back,and neck
was in agony i have addisons if i had of went into a crisis i wouldnt have reached my injection pack

Joke of a company. Staff are mostly incompetent, and attitudes are terrible. Inadequate training provided. Communication is terrible. Would not recommend. Any positive reviews I have found have been from managers or workers!
