We cannot fault any of my daughter's carers. They are so good with her, always talking or singing to her, always laughing with her. She is very happy with all of her carers, not like her last care company. The carers are always very clean and smart. We cannot fault any of her carers only praise them and respect them.
I am truly grateful for the feedback you provided. It warms my heart to know that your daughter is experiencing such a high level of contentment with the care she is receiving. The fact that the caregivers are actively engaging with your daughter fills me with joy and satisfaction. I find it a real...
All the carers are professional and polite and treat my family and property with respect. The management team work closely with me to make any changes I need and are flexible.
They support me with personal care and domestic and shopping visits. But we also go shopping and swimming together on our social visits which I really enjoy!
Thank you so much for a lovely review, we will continue to work to exceed your expectations.
All the staff have been friendly, kind and diligent.
I feel my mother is safe and well cared for.
I have regular contact from staff with updates on my mother's care including suggestions on what would best serve her needs.
I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.
Thank you for taking the time to share your positive feedback with us. Your kind words about the safety and quality of care provided to your mother are deeply appreciated. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring that every aspect of our service surpasses expectations.
Very happy indeed with Minster Home Care; they worked hard to find the right fit of carer(s) for our situation and have been helpful and kind every step of the way. The carers themselves are fantastic and there is nothing more important than getting care that truly means ‘care.’
Thank you so much for your kind review and it is a pleasure to help.
We weren’t sure how Mum was going to receive care after being looked after by my late father for so long however she has adjusted so well and has enjoyed the company.
For us as her family, it’s a huge relief.
Keep up the good work it’s so reassuring for us all!
We truly appreciate you taking the time to share such a heartwarming review. It means a lot to us to know that you find comfort in the care your loved one is receiving. Engaging with families to ensure our clients' needs are met is a top priority, and your kind words reaffirm our dedication.
I feel they really do care about me and will do their very best to meet my needs. I could not have coped without them.
Thank you all very much.

We have recently moved into the area with my mum who needs care, we chose this care company before we moved. The manager from the company came to our house to meet with us and met with my mum and my family. She has gone above and beyond to help in any way she could since moving into our new home. She has been brilliant and the staff who have come so far to care for my mum have been outstanding and so caring towards my mum, always professional I am so glad we picked this company.

It certainly has helped us as a family to cope with a difficult situation. It’s very reassuring to know someone will arrive each day and cheerfully help with lots of different household tasks.
Thank you for your valuable help.
At our company, we understand how challenging it can be to navigate through tough situations, and...
All of this would not be possible without the office team who do an amazing job of setting up this service, planning and coordinating every day and it is so helpful for me to know I always have a direct point of contact, I always feel it is so much more than a job to everyone and that they really do genuinely care.
Thank you so much.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a lovely review. It truly means a lot to all the minster team. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to care for your mum and ensure that she receives the best possible care. I am pleased to hear that our passion for caregiving comes across in...
Over all my care has been good, I have a slight problem in that I am a bit deaf and have difficulty understanding some of the new carers but hopefully will learn to cope with different accents. The other problem I have is with how long it takes them to write lengthy reports every day, to the extent that they no longer complete the tasks formerly completed within the hour. Apart from these two niggles I am very happy with the standard offered.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is highly valued, and we are grateful for the opportunity to improve our service. At our organisation, we strive to provide the best possible care for our clients. One way we achieve this is by investing in cutting-edge technology that...
This review covers the last 12 months. The quality of the service provided depends very much on the carer involved at each visit. Some are compassionate and others are simply task-driven. Communication between management and staff, and staff to staff is poor to average. I have spoken to carers who do not know why we have asked them to do something when we have discussed this with management and they undertook to brief carers. If we raise a concern, management always appears to be playing catch up, never ahead of the curve. It is not unusual to have to ring up and ask again for carer to be reminded to do something that has long been part of the expected delivery from carers. Management are poor at giving feedback when we have asked them to investigate a reason something was not done or done. Information on corrective action carried out is seldom provided. Too many introductions of staff who lack dementia training.
Our staff members are highly trained in dementia care, and...
Therefore there are some days when mum doesn't have something substantial to eat.
Having said this, while I was away at Christmas Mum was well cared for by one care worker in particular who will search through the cupboards and freezer and make a meal. This care worker will use food up in date order so that nothing is wasted, however quite often this doesn't happen with some of the other care workers and a lot of food is wasted and thrown away.
The office staff are very pleasant and helpful.
We are thrilled to receive your feedback about the care provided to your mother. We are pleased to know that the majority of caregivers have met your expectations. However, we understand that trusting and comfortable relationships with caregivers are vital, and we appreciate you bringing this to...
What is particularly helpful is the app. It is always updated immediately and gives us so much comfort to know mum is being well cared for.
We are constantly striving to enhance our services and provide our users with the latest technological advancements. It brings us immense joy to know that our...
The carers give me good advice and are helpful, they advise on appropriate clothing and general care for Mum; she likes a bit of company besides me, I understand she needs a change now and then. I appreciate them coming twice a day. They have helped with many issues and presently have suggested a podiatrist to clip her toenails, and I could mention many more instances of care and help but have not the time tonight.
To sum up: we are very pleased with Minster Home Care and wish them all the best for the future.
many thanks,
martin mum

All the carers we have had have been very kind with my mum and worked hard. Any questions I have had have been dealt with quickly by the office. No issues with the service that we have received. We are both very happy with it all.

Mum has been a client of Minster Homecare since August 2023. The senior safeguarding and compliance lead works very closely with us to ensure the best care and support is given at all times. Mum is happy with the carers, they are kind, treat her with respect and she enjoys their company.
I am particularly happy to...
My mum has had a few medical issues that have affected her confidence. She is determined to stay independent however and to continue enjoying life at the sheltered housing association where she lives. We decided to engage Minster Home Care to help my mum - initially with her morning routine and also around dinner time. We initially met the senior compliance lead who was both friendly and professional - she immediately put my mum at ease and was thorough in understanding her situation and the care she needed. Importantly, she also took the time to get to know my mum as a person and how she likes to spend her time and the things that are important to her. The carers who have attended have all been great and we have seen a big improvement with my mum. The communication between the manager, the senior client engagement lead and the senior compliance lead has been great and I know I have someone to speak to if I have any concerns. I would definitely recommend Minster Home Care.
Hello! It's wonderful to hear that your mum felt at ease, it is a real pleasure to support your mum. We are so glad to know that she is feeling better and that you have noticed a positive improvement. Thank you for letting us be a part of her journey. We are always here to help in any way we can.
The emotional support afforded to Mum's family was also exceptional. Just a few words each day to check they were okay was so appreciated. And someone was always available in the office to answer questions which was very helpful.
We are so grateful for everything that Minster Home Care did for our mum, please extend our deepest gratitude to all your staff who cared for her.
Thank you, it was a real honour to have cared for your mum. A wonderful lady who put a smile on everyone's face, the pleasure was all ours.
Quality of staff varies but nothing to complain about.
Thank you for your feedback. We will pass this on to our care team.
