Minster Home Care took over the daily care visits for my mother a couple of months ago, and I've been very pleased with the service they've provided. I've met several of the carers while visiting my parents and they've all been very friendly, connected well with Mum, and provided excellent care for her. They've also turned up reliably at the scheduled times which is important for my parents' routine. On a couple of occasions, I've called the office the managers have also been efficient and easy to deal with. Overall Minster seems to be a very well-run outfit, providing great care in a professional manner. Thank you so much for what you do for Mum.
Thank you for your 5-star review. It is a privilege to help, thats what we are here for.
She has recently supported us to engage a service user, and with her support enabled us to complete a long and complex assessment. Her input to the sessions was invaluable, and you can clearly see she is really invested in her work, going above and beyond to care for the people she supports.
Without her input, it is unlikely the service user would have felt comfortable enough to attend, never mind participating in the assessment. She was flexible, reliable, and accommodating. In addition, she offered valuable insight into her experiences of supporting the service user and provided clarification to support the service user to disagree/share different views.
She is a credit to your service, and I felt that her work should be acknowledged. Thank you.
Thank you for your lovely review. It is a pleasure to help.
I am really happy with the care my mother receives from Minster Home Care. I live a long way away but have met some of the carers when staying with my parents. All of them have been lovely with Mum, and very nice with my Dad too, although he doesn't receive care at the moment. I think we have been fortunate to find Minster. The service has been reliable and the carers are kind, friendly and professional. They do a great job. Thank you.
Thank you for your lovely review. It is a pleasure to support your parents and be able to give you peace of mind.
My mother-in-law is very happy with the care she receives and that makes us happy. We go round often to see her but it’s also nice to see a different face and have a chat about something different and that’s what they do. Carry on with the good work Minster Home Care. Thank you for all you do. Great team.
Thank you for your lovely review. It is a pleasure to support your Mum.
My mum is comfortable with the caregivers and they brighten her day.
As I live a long way from Mum it is also important to me to be able to feel comfortable to contact Minster Home Care at any time over anything. They have always been tolerant and patient with me and strived to accommodate my requests.
