I cannot praise Certified Care highly enough. My father suffered from dementia and he lived with us for four years till he died last month. My mother died from Covid and we suddenly needed to find care so that we could continue working as NHS doctors. Charles came round the next week and from our very first encounter with him and the team I felt reassured and comfortable. Over the next four years all the carers looked after Dad as though he was their own relative. They were patient, professional, caring and reliable. The staff of Certified Care have made our lives better in every way in the difficult situation that we encountered and improved the quality of life of a much loved elderly parent in his last years. They are wonderful.

The service provided by Certified Care has been excellent. Being the first experience of care for my elderly Dad, he is now settled and happy in his new routine. He enjoys the company and camaraderie with Loveland, and the gentle care and attention given by Sita, overall a great mix of personalities works really well for Dad, as he enjoys the company as well as the services given by the team. I have been very happy with the approachability of managers Charles and Sophia, who go above and beyond to ensure my Dad has a good experience. I find the portal easy to access and the telephone reminders when Dad runs out of something are appreciated too. I would highly recommend Certified Care as a provider of care for elderly and isolated people.

Careers are always friendly and kind to my mum when visiting , mum enjoys when they arrive. They always do what's on the care plan for mum,and having a handover online to read daily keeps everyone informed.

I have found this to be the most helpful and kind agency I have dealt with. The manager and his team dealt with my father's issues and queries quickly and professionally. My father was not at all receptive to having care, but the team were extremely patient and attentive and listened to his wishes while trying to coax some cooperation out of him. His carer was excellent when we were trying to persuade my father to even have some care, and the other two carers were gentle and kind to him when he was quite dismissive of them. Recovering from a knee operation I was delighted when I used their services. Offering attentive care to my personal needs and carrying out numerous household tasks ie ironing, hoovering, loading/unloading the dishwasher; washing machine, making the bed and even encouraging me to do my exercises to enhance my recovery. Lovely ladies, lovely company.

My care provider and the carers are very good and nice company. The carers are pleasant they feel like a friend who supports me to get out and do the things I like and enjoy. There is nothing I am unhappy about.
