What can I say the service has been outstanding nothing to too much for all the carers who came to help me out. All the washing up done and put away. They help my partner out aswell, all carers all are very pleasant and always come with a smile on there face.

When dad was discharged from hospital we didn't know what was needed to care for dad at home. But with the help and advice from RAMM especially the manager, dad has been made to feel cared for and safe in his own home. And when dads needs changed RAMM were able to offer extra help at short notice. We
also have an elderly mum with dementia and the RAMM care team have been very caring and helpful with her as well. All the carers really care about mum and dad's welfare. We have got to know the carers as well and it's good to see the same faces regularly.

Since the beginning of December 2024to mid march 2025 I have had two different cares living in my home 24hrs a day. Working 13hrs per day 7days a week , looking after the needs of my wife , that has Altzimers and vascular dementia also some mental health issues, that can be very problematic to deal
with, both the cares went above and beyond there expected duties in a very calm and professional way , and can't thank them enough for their services

The nurses are very professional from dealing with drugs to dealing with my Mother's mood and wishes of the day, they are very prompt and they are very respectful in their attitude towards other family members, if there is a problem the manager is in touch as soon as possible to inform one of the family.

I have found all my carers to be very kind, friendly and gentle. They always turn up on time. I wear a brace which is fitted in the morning at 7am, they always turn up with a smile and I have a lovely wash and then fit the brace, then check I can stand up and am comfortable. I have never had an experience
like the problems I had and I would be happy to recommend the care I have received to anyone.

RAMM Care Group Have been looking after our dad, with three daily visits, 7 days a week. We have found all of the carers are friendly, cheerful and helpful, not to mention really caring! Dad's happy and so are we.

We have engaged Ramm Care Group to look after our mum who is sadly unable to take care of herself anymore. We have found the carers to be helpful, kind and considerate to mum. Yes, it's been a real rollercoaster having to suddenly adjust a "new regime" of care but we have also had a lot of support from
Leah the manager, to help all of us adjust during an emotional and stressful period. We are very grateful to her and the carers. But the best review is from mum who always says how good the carers are!

I have been using Ramm Healthcare for over a year, the carers are excellent and I am very happy with the care and help they provide and will go the extra mile to help me when I have an off day. The team we have are very professional and very friendly, they will take time out to talk with me as I now

Hugely helpful and caring response when my mum needed assistance. The staff is very pleasant and reliable. Been a big help not only for my mother but also for us as a family, relieving the workload on very busy people. A minor observation is that it would be the icing on the cake if the staff could
be a little more proactive with my mum, as she doesn't like to burden them and doesn't get the most out of the time available. This is a point for all of us though and I accept my mother is at the heart of it. Thanks again for a great service - it has been really helpful to us during a time of need.

The carers were thoughtful and attentive to my father's needs. They were patient helping to deal with his challenges, especially as both my parents needed time to adapt to people they didn't know coming into the house to help them.

I can't rate the carers and the care that has been provided for my nan highly enough. These guys are really the best home care company out there. They are always kind, and caring and do an amazing job at looking after and keeping my nan happy and relaxed. Any issues or changes in my nan's health or
care needs are always attended to well and her care plan is always changed immediately to keep everything running smoothly. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the staff are amazing. The fact that my nan has the same carers most days is a big positive for us as it really helps my nan feel at ease and also makes me feel more comfortable knowing that my nan is in good safe hands. They are always very punctual and on time. As a family, we really can't thank them all enough for what they do and my nan really trusts them and enjoys the time and care they give her.

Ram Personnel Healthcare have been looking after my mum four times a day since July 2023 and they are 100 times better than the previous company we used. Overall the carers are excellent, very professional and caring, even in challenging circumstances. They are 100% reliable, have never missed a single
time and always stay for their allotted time (or more on occasion). It is very reassuring to be able to see the care notes, and hopefully I will be able to leave notes on the system for them in the future. When there has been an issue management have been very helpful and caring and have done their upmost to be supportive. I don't know what we would do without them!

We have been using Ram Personnel Healthcare for my nan for several months. The service she has received has been great and her usual carers that come to her are lovely. There has been the odd issue with the odd carer, but when I have called to speak with the care coordinator, these issues had been dealt
with and all has been well. Overall, I highly recommend Ram Personnel Healthcare and have been very pleased with the service that they have been providing. The only thing is, it would be nice to be able to have access to the care notes.

The service provided is excellent and second to none. It has made such a difference to my step-grandmother and my stepmother. A Ram Carer has been looking after my mother since February. We are very happy with the service received. My mother is 96 and bedridden. Our carer visits twice a day and does whatever is necessary regarding her needs. Our carer is cheerful, professional and sympathetic. This service has taken a load
of worry from me and helped me to have a life.

She has practised as a qualified and registered social worker until February 2022, working across a wide range of complex and multidisciplinary settings.


Now working as a Registered Manager at Ramm Care Group, she continues to draw on her deep understanding of social work values, such as empathy, social justice, and holistic care planning. She brings a wealth of knowledge in safeguarding, mental health including forensics, multidisciplinary coordination, and client-centred approaches.


Her extensive experience includes roles within Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT), low to high secure forensic mental health hospitals, Personality Disorder Directorate in forensic high secure NHS Hospital, Community Learning Disability Teams (CLDT), hospital discharge teams, various local authorities, and Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Services.
