We have been using Ram Personnel Healthcare for my nan for several months. The service she has received has been great and her usual carers that come to her are lovely. There has been the odd issue with the odd carer, but when I have called to speak with the care coordinator, these issues had been dealt with and all has been well. Overall, I highly recommend Ram Personnel Healthcare and have been very pleased with the service that they have been providing. The only thing is, it would be nice to be able to have access to the care notes.
Many thanks for the feedback, we are delighted. Apologies for the delay in you being able to access your nan's care records. I am sure now that you have access, this will enable you to see what the carers are doing in real time. We also want to thank you for your active involvement in Nan's care - this makes it easier for us to deliver better services.
The carer is caring, dedicated and extremely reliable. She is very professional and I would thoroughly recommend her.
The team is pleased to hear that our home care services are reliable, comprehensive and professional.
The service provided is excellent and second to none. It has made such a difference to my step-grandmother and my stepmother. Without this care, my step-grandmother would be extremely stressed and I have no doubt her health would deteriorate. The service provided is an absolute lifeline, thank you - we couldn't do without you.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really appreciate it.
A Ram Carer has been looking after my mother since February. We are very happy with the service received. My mother is 96 and bedridden. Our carer visits twice a day and does whatever is necessary regarding her needs. Our carer is cheerful, professional and sympathetic. This service has taken a load of worry from me and helped me to have a life.

Our carer is really good, she looks after my mum in a way that really respects her dignity and with compassion and understanding of her mental wellbeing. Our carer is always looking for ways to improve mum's care with ideas that always put mum at the centre of the care. Thank you for all you do it gives the family peace of mind.
We are pleased to know that you have peace of mind and that mum's care and support needs are being met with an understanding of her needs.
It continues to be a great pleasure to work with mum and all her family.
I am my wife's main carer, and the support we received is essential for us to remain together at home. Our carer is helpful, approachable and timely and very professional but in a way that is informal. The carer and my wife have an engaging relationship, and we are both very pleased with Ram. The carer is particularly good at relating to my wife's mental well-being. Thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to review us. The team are pleased to hear that you are finding our care services comprehensive, helpful and professional.
