Gold Standard Care, and Excellent care service, I am 91 years of age and require my Lymphoedema stockings on am and off pm with waxing before and after. Adelfi arranged this at short notice, never missing or being late. Subsequently rearranged at a moment's notice. Excellent in all areas.

I would like to thank the manager and her team, for their support, during what was a very difficult time for us both.

Five-star quality, all staff are kind, thoughtful and caring. Everyone goes above and beyond and I wouldn't be without Adelfi Care. The girls have become like family to me and I look forward to their visits.

Our experience with Adelfi Care has been nothing but positive. The carers are kind and thoughtful, and sensitive to specific needs while retaining a bright and enthusiastic approach to every visit. We welcomed Adelfi into our lives Sept 2020. Great Aunt was 99 years of age and reluctantly heading towards 100 on Xmas eve 2021. Great Aunt fell in Jan 2020. Up until that stage, she was a positive, strong, forward-thinking person. She was used to having her own way and was determined to stay in her home until her end of days. She became very disturbed throughout her days and nights, especially nights and in September 2020 we had to have help. I was on my knees! I searched locally for help and because of covid, there was little supply of help, especially from any of the council-referred agencies. Adelfi quickly and professionally came back to me and within a week we had a masked meeting! A plan was drawn up for 3 daily visits. Great Aunt was not always cooperative and was still giving us all a huge run-around. We worked together as a team! Through it all, Adelfi were caring, helpful and professional until the very end. I could not have managed without!

Excellent service, way beyond what was originally planned. Flexible with fitting in with hospital stays, varying levels of care, covering holiday periods, and occasions when we were unable to be around. Initially booked for personal care twice a week, but increased at times to daily visits, and even 3 times a day when his health varied. Impressed that they also told us in advance if they could not arrange on a couple of occasions, as this was during Covid and so their staff situation was under pressure. No false promises! Always available by phone or email to make adjustments. From what I hear from friends in similar situations, that is not always the case with other care providers. Highly recommended.

I have been a client of Adelfi Care for the better part of a year now, eight months and I have never been let down by the company. The staff are genuinely caring people who are willing to go the extra mile to meet their clients' needs. Their staff are mature and diligent workers who employ great initiative, good communication, and intrinsic empathy to deduce and truly understand their clients' needs, and so provide exactly what help is required. They have a highly experienced management team that looks after their staff well to make sure they are safe and respected so they can in turn keep their clients safe and dignified. I have been very happy with the service and look forward to seeing them grow, for the benefit of others out there like me, in need of what Adelfi does best - high-quality care with a personal focus.

Staff really easy to get along with and very supportive of both my husband and I. Nothing was too much bother and they showed care and understanding at all times. I have no problem recommending Adelfi.

They are continuously consistent in their high level of care and compassion. My mother is treated with respect and all of her needs are covered, they do all of this and give her friendship, having a chat and a laugh which helps to fill her day, as she is totally dependent on them to enable her to stay in her own home which she desperately wants to do which means she has to have four calls a day. It’s great peace of mind to me that she has this amazing care as I live 200 miles away and am unable to contribute physically in her care. They also have an extremely useful app that fully explains everything that takes place on each call so I know on a daily basis how my mother is, any concerns are forwarded to her Doctor as they have permission to do this and I am informed as soon as possible thus saving precious time trying to contact me immediately. They are an amazing company with professional, friendly, caring staff who do everything possible to compensate for my absence.

I highly recommend Adelfi. The managers and others from their team have been visiting my mum in her self assisted care flat to provide care and support to her following a fall she had recently. My mum really liked all of the team and valued the help they provided. They are totally professional, reliable, hugely caring, and all genuinely nice people.
