Helping Hands are very good. They go above and beyond to help me. They check to make sure I have enough medication. All the carers are lovely. Thank you.

All representatives of Helping Hands (West Bridgeford) are thoughtful and professional. They are great ambassadors of the brand. In particular, carers undertake their duties efficiently and with a smile - which builds a good rapport with the client.

Have not been a user of the help that this Care Provider provides only for a short time at the moment, but I am quite happy on the help that they provide and I am sure that there will be no reasons where I will have to review the help which they provide in the near future
My mum has received outstanding care and support from the helping hands team in the last year. With their help she has been able to remain in her own home and we have had peace of mind knowing she has her morning visits to start each day.
It is difficult to overstate the exceptional level of care provided to my mum by the individual carers. They are kind, efficient, thoughtful & very attuned to mum's complex needs. They are always quick to ask if unsure about anything & seem to work well as a team in terms of information sharing. The office staff are equally helpful and endlessly patient. We would all be lost without them.
I find the service very good and helpful. The carers are polite and helpful, care in particular is first class. They always arrive on time and do tasks that I ask for them. My only wish is that I had one carer only not a mixture. I know that is a problem but in an ideal world it would help.
I now have decided that I can manage on my own with help from family and would like to thank everyone concerned for their care and encouragement.
Hi, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. It's great to hear that you're so pleased with our service. We really appreciate your feedback. Best wishes.
They are all extremely professional, friendly and mum feels safe and secure with all her visits. They chat to mum, nothing is too much trouble for any of the carers, they go above and beyond.
Love having a rota to know who's visiting for the week.
Overall excellent choice we made to move to Helping Hands.
Hi, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. It's great to hear that you're so pleased with our service. We really appreciate your feedback. Best wishes.
The helpers have been pleasant, helpful and willing to do anything I have asked them to do.
On the downside I have twice requested that I have the same helper every week and if this is not possible then no more than three different ones. For some weeks I was having a different helper every week which was not satisfactory. The other criticism I have is that on a few occasions they have been late, once by 40 minutes. I am aware that this can be unavoidable but all I ask is for a phone call to let me know when they will be coming.
Hi, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. It's great to hear that you're so pleased with our service. We really appreciate your feedback. I will pass on your concerns regarding carer continuity and lateness communication to the branch manager. Best wishes.
The office staff and carers of Helping Hands Home Care, Beeston have been exemplary since we started using them. The carers are friendly, helpful and show genuine care for my uncle and his needs. Nothing is too much trouble. I am not local to my uncle so it is really reassuring to know that he is in good hands. I find it so useful to log in to my computer and to read the daily records. I am always notified of any concerns. Thank you.

Although I don't often see the carers, I have found them to be caring and professional in my dealings with the office staff and the occasional phone call from a carer. An online portal allows me to read about each visit.

Helping Hands has been brilliant during the time we have been with them. Highly recommend.
Excellent care provided and also first class administration services, flexible and responsive to care needs. Highly recommended to anyone thinking about extra support in the home, to extend time at home before more intensive care is required.

The staff at Helping Hands are just brilliant. They understand Dad's needs and are continuously making suggestions to improve his quality of life. They keep me in the loop with what's going on with Dad and I trust that they have his best interests at heart. I really recommend them and know that dad is in safe hands.

Best wishes,
Our carer has been with us for four nights, which we have found very helpful - arriving at 9 pm (to help my husband go to bed) and leaving at 7 am (when I am up and about). It has meant that I have a good night's rest - very valuable.
Best wishes.
I have been impressed with the level of communication from the team, particularly regarding a health issue that has been affecting my father-in-law. Also, how the team makes sure he is sticking to the care plan regarding the wearing of clean clothes.
Thank you so much for leaving such great review for us! I'm so pleased to hear how impressed you are with the level of communication from our team, and it is our absolute pleasure to provide support for your father-in-law. Your kind feedback means the world to us!
Best wishes.
I recently went away on holiday, and although my sister overall was in charge of matters, I feel confident that my mum was being looked after by caring individuals.
Many thanks to everyone.
Best wishes.
We wanted to add extra care for our mum in the evening as soon as possible - she already has help first thing in the morning. The office took the details of the care required and promised to look at the rotas to try and help. They did this within a very short time, and extra help begins next week. Very satisfied with the help given by the office and also the care given to Mum.
Helping Hands, Beeston, provides carers for my dad on a daily basis. Their professional and caring approach gives me peace of mind. When they have had concerns about him, they have contacted me. They have listened to my feedback and adjusted services when needed. He has some regular carers on his rota that he reports are excellent. I am pleased to have found them and have recommended them to others.
The administration team in the office have always been attentive to my requests, and have been sensitive and flexible.
