We haven't been having our care for long but it has been 100% up to now.
The girls are so helpful and kind to my mum and dad. My mum has accepted the carer as part of the family with no complaints which is very hard to achieve with my mum, and myself and my dad have been more relaxed and happy. They've
been so wonderful.

Job Title: Branch Care Manager

About me


I am the CQC Registered Branch Care Manager for Beeston. I started my journey at Helping Hands in June 2022, having previously been a Service manager for the Royal Mencap Society for 21 years. I have 38 years of experience in many areas of social care.


My role is to support customers to receive outstanding homecare services, with well-trained, committed care teams. Emphasis is on recruiting excellent carers and supporting them on their journey to a career in Health and social care, with great training, and paid-for NVQ training, to enhance customer experience.


Experience and expertise


I have an excellent proven track record of planning, implementing, and organising events and activities, which I found I really enjoy. I have built good professional relationships, both in the local community and with other stakeholders, local businesses, and charities. Supporting customers with positive outcomes is key to our homecare support teams.
