For the past 2.5 years Exemplacare has been providing 3 daily care visits for my Mum who is 98, living with dementia. The level of care has been exemplary with carers being always cheerful, caring and respectful and with nothing being too much trouble. This has included providing overnight care so that family members could have a break away. Knowing that the team is led by qualified nurses who are always responsive to our requests provides extra reassurance and the office team members have always been very helpful. It has also been very reassuring to be able to see and act on the reports of each visit. Thank you to all the team. You are truly exceptional. We cannot recommend this company highly enough.

My elderly parents both in their mid nineties were able to stay living in their own home . This would not have been possible if I had not found such a good care company as ExemplaCare . I am regularly updated about details they have shared with him which obviously brightens his day. My mother couldn't manage without their support, and she is also grateful for the flexibility and help the office team offer her as they will always try to help when there are short notice requests.

ExemplaCare expertly and kindly supported my step-mother through the last few months of her life at home. Sadly she was suffering from bowel cancer and was then admitted to Hospital for some weeks. On her discharge she was told she could have a fast track discharge- but only with an unknown care company. Such was the positive impact that ExemplaCare had made upon my step-mother she stated that she would rather stay in hospital than have to be treated by a care company that wasn't ExemplaCare. Ultimately, we were able to broker further care at home support from ExemplaCare for the last few weeks of her life. They were highly professional, compassionate, well trained and well informed and always prepared to go above and beyond to ensure her dignity and to minimise her suffering. The carers provided invaluable support to my step-mum and indeed to myself right up to her passing and beyond. I will never forget the kindness Angie and her team displayed at the worst of times.

The vast majority were lovely, attentive carers but the whole experience was unfortunately ruined by a couple of instances of unnecessarily aggressive, insensitive behaviour from management which left us feeling badly let down.

As always, the service provided was excellent. The carers are kind, dedicated and helpful. My mother enjoys talking to them and has never had anything but positive comments to make about any of them. She looks forward to their visits and for her it breaks up what can be a long and very boring day when we are away. We would (and do!) highly recommend ExemplaCare to anyone who needs care in their own home.

We have been delighted with the way Exemplacare have looked after my elderly mother over the last 8 months. Visiting twice a day, providing excellent support which has enabled her to remain in her own home, rather than needing residential care. Following a fall, and a stay in hospital, she needed assistance in a whole range of areas, which the nursing manager who visited immediately understood, and put together an effective care plan. The carers are all friendly, efficient and reliable, and my mother enjoys and relies on their visits. It also gives me peace of mind, of course, especially as I can access a report online immediately after every visit. The team are also happy to put in place any changes that may be needed to the timings or the care plan. We are very pleased to have found them.

Cheerful friendly staff who are happy to help. Take time to talk to their clients and get to know them. Office staff are also friendly and will do what they can to help with requests. All staff help each other and seem like a big family.

The care that my dad receives from all the staff at Exemplacare is outstanding. He really looks forward to his visits three days a week to help prepare his lunch. As well as meal prep the staff will play cards with my dad, tidy up his kitchen and make his bed. Whenever I have had to ask for additional support/visits my requests have always been met without an issues. I would thoroughly recommend Exemplacare to anyone who is looking for additional help and support for their loved ones.

Exemplacare is staffed not only by wonderfully sensitive and professional carers who have built a kind and trusting relationship with my parents, but it is run by a team of highly qualified nurses who ensure that all services are delivered to a very high standard. They always flag any medical concerns with me and have escalated things to our local doctor on my behalf where they have had needed immediate attention. They have assisted in getting occupational health visits in place for my father and aids installed in the home to assist with everyday living, all outside of their daily commitments and at no extra charge. They are always flexible and do everything they can to provide additional support where needed. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They are a fantastic company who genuinely cares about their clients.

We are really very happy with the care my Mum receives from the Exemplacare carers she has visit. Initially Mum was reluctant to accept she needed carers but she now looks forward to their visits. It is clear that she has built up good relationships with them. It is also clear (from the times Mum was admitted to hospital) that the carers have really got to know her and care about her. Mum started off fiercely independent and you handled this brilliantly, allowing her to decide what help was needed when, but encouraging her to take it. Of late I sense you now just get on with what needs doing (and on occasion going out of your way to do it), which is great. The office staff are very friendly and helpful willing to make adjustments (with appropriate notice) when required. A relatively last minute cancellation because Mum finally decided she was coming away with us for the weekend was met with pleasure that she was going away rather than agitation over the need to rearrange visits.

The service my grandma has received from Exemplacare since they started visiting her earlier this year has been amazing. All the carers seem to be lovely, the communication from them and the management has been top-notch notch and whenever we've needed to get extra care at short(ish) notice it's never been an issue. I would recommend Exemplacare to anyone in this area who's looking for professional and reliable carers.

Having worked for many years in the social care system, I have had a lot of experience with different care agencies and I believe Exemplacare to be one of the best.

Lovely, friendly carers. They are always happy to help in whatever way needed. I particularly like the way I am kept up to date on rotas and then receive a report when the visit is complete. Whenever I have needed to call the office for any advice I am always treated with kindness and respect and helped in any way needed.
