Walfinch maintain a high standard of care for my elderly mother who has many physical health issues as well as advancing dementia. The carers themselves are genuinely friendly, supportive and competent, and make a real difference to family life, and are invaluable in bringing some lightness to what is often an emotionally draining and stressful situation caring for mum.

We have been very satisfied with the care we have received from Woolfinch and would be happy to recommend them. They try to send regular carers which helps with continuity of care, so we don't have to keep explaining what we need done. The carers are all cheerful and do their duties with grace.

Superb, in every way, the staff, communication, management process, time keeping, compassion and understanding of my dad's unique circumstances, so flexible, suitably priced. Can't thank them enough for everything!

We have been using Walfinch, who were recommended to us for approx 6 months now and the level of care and service provided is excellent. My father is cared for at home by my mum with the careers attending in the morning and evening. The staff are always polite and respectful, maintaining my father's dignity while showing compassion. We definitely made the right choice for his needs.

Walfinch is an exceptional mid-sized care company who provide high quality bespoke care in a variety of situations. My Mother required double-up care visits 3 times daily with the use of a hoist for bed/chair transfers and daily personal care. Carers are invariably very caring and show empathy with their clients when in difficult situations, both regular and palliative care visits can be covered. When a live-in carer was required to deal with complex care/medical needs, this was promptly arranged and an experienced carer arrived the following day. This was a massive success. Management are extremely responsive to requests and demonstrate organisational agility to solve for problems as and when they arise as a client's health status changes. Carers are of the highest calibre and work hard to carry out their duties in a respectful and dignified fashion. We have been involved with Walfiinch for 18 months and would highly recommed them to other families seeking a stellar care provider.

Poor care, doesn't provide continuous carers. Too many learners for my liking. Does not listen to requests. Too many problems and everything provided. They come in wash, clean, hoist and move to lounge. Clothes all put out for them.

Left disgusting, dirty flannels covered in faeces in washing, and many more problems.

Walfinch provides long-term, full-time care for my elderly mother, who has dementia, and her husband, who is also very old. They are looked after very well. To my mind, the mark of a care company is how well they cope with things without needing assistance from relatives etc. Having used other companies in the past, I can say that Walfinch does very well at this. I order Mum's food from the supermarket once a week as requested in a list provided by the carer but, otherwise, they look after everything. It might be possible to find care slightly cheaper elsewhere - we are paying slightly more than we did previously - but not having to deal with crises over the phone every fortnight is worth the extra. And the way Walfinch arranged long-term care to start on Easter Monday after we'd been left hanging on Good Friday was nothing short of miraculous.

But in the final analysis, a care company is only as good as its carers, and we've luckily found an excellent match here. Thanks, Walfinch.

My aunt relies on the help she receives from the carers each morning, and on the whole, is pleased with the service.
I would be glad if the carers would dry the shower area after each use.

The carers are always bright and cheerful.
