Cannot fault any of the care that I have.
The team has provided a good service to my father. They ensure that fundamental needs are cared for - medication and meals - as well as taking time to provide some social interaction. The policy of introducing new carers with visits with experienced carers is very good. The team has also been very flexible by providing some additional services on an ad hoc basis e.g. picking up tablets from a chemist on one occasion. The management team has always been available to discuss any situation and to come up with a solution. Altogether, I am very happy with the service provided. The only minor issue is that the age of the carers is largely very young which makes it more difficult to connect with my father.
They attend to all her needs, from helping her to get up, washed and dressed in the morning, help to prepare meals, ensuring she takes the correct medication to assist her with getting ready for bed. Plus they have time to chat and never rush her.
Knowing she is well cared for is a godsend as we both live quite a distance away.
I would most definitely recommend Resolution Care.

In a short time, they have been first class. They look after my husband, wash him from head to toe. Take care of him. Cream his body and legs. Take time with him on the commode, they don't rush him. I could not wish for better.

I am very happy and pleased with the service provided. The carer is very pleasant and put one at ease immediately. The service is excellent and the timing is too, it's good to know when to expect the carer.
