The cost of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from 30 minute visits to 24 hour Live-in Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.

The client is my cousin and has dementia. I have been involved in managing her care for several years. Alina carers have been looking after her for quite a long time, starting with just a few hours per week, building up now to daily visits of 5 - 7 hours. My cousin really values these visits and refers to the carers as friends. The carers are professional and efficient, coping with the many repetitive conversations and questions. They take my cousin out for shopping, doctor's appointments and out to places of interest. Their detailed daily reports are invaluable as I can access them and know what's going on or if they have any concerns. The Care Manager keeps in touch regularly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Care agency.

Alina has been caring for my elderly mother for over a year, and they have been fantastic. The time and attention they have given Mum has been amazing, as are the detailed visit records they provide through the app. Very grateful to all the regular carers, the manager, and the office staff for everything they have done for my mum and the support they have given me. I cannot praise the manager and carers of Alina Homecare in Ingatestone enough. They have been amazing and provided fantastic care and support not only to my dying mum but to me as well, showing such kindness, compassion and professionalism. I was impressed that despite the short period of care they needed to provide, they made a lot of effort to understand what my mother liked and disliked, what her background was and how they might be able to make her happy during their visits.
I was also impressed at the app. they used to make notes on each of their care visits. It was reassuring to see exactly what happened and when they visited.

The management team runs a tight ship with clear communication and an evident commitment to high-quality care. The staff are truly lovely - attentive, kind, and always ready with a smile. It was clear they treated him with the respect and dignity he deserved.

I have to say that I was very apprehensive to start, as the shower was personal, but my carer was very discreet and empathetic, I would recommend her and have to praise her work. She is very helpful as well I have trouble putting my socks on but she puts them on me every time now. Just a small thing to some people but a real help. Many thanks.

The overall team have gone over and beyond with completing training in regard to my illness to ensure that they offer the best support.
They remained in touch whilst I was recently admitted to hospital for 10 days. It is a shame that the 2 week notice period still applies to emergency hospital admissions because I could only inform in the day before and give notice for the following week but was still charged.
There does need to be more advice and support around hospital visits and changing/cancelling dates with notice as I haven't found this to be the easiest and this includes the Christmas period as I have a young family.
Nonetheless, I truly am thrilled with the service I am being provided and cannot praise my personal carer enough.

She finds the Carers most helpful, good company, happy to take her out any time, and happy to listen to her telling stories about her past. She trusts them and relies on their daily companionship. They are able to cope with problems in the house (such as lost keys, over-stocked fridge, unwanted phone calls etc) and are understanding and sympathetic to her mental health difficulties.

We have been receiving 24-hour care for our parents, both of whom have various stages of Alzheimer's disease. The care has overall been to a high standard with the odd hiccup every now and then with different personalities. I have found Alina Home Care so professional, caring and polite.
